I think the 2 million was for the month of march not for launch week but there is supposed to be another shipment coming this week.
Most likely, but I think Nintendo didn't want to pull a wiiu and overstock the console at launch.
Don't forget Splatoon, Mario Kart, Hyrule warriors, and xenoblade 2. The fall is a good time to get it.
I've seen a few of them out in the wild. One person was playing blaster master, which was pretty cool.

That's the reason that the dev team for Rime used to charge $10 more. Platinum doing the port themselves would be cheaper than them hiring a outside dev team to port the game for them.
If that was the case don't you think every game on the switch would cost more not just the game that was made by a indie that decided to hire a outside company to make the port. Wouldn't games like the Binding of Isaac, Has Been Heroes, Disgaea cost more? Most of the games coming to the switch have the same price as the other systems. The only one that is raising the price for development cost is Rime and they're a indie that decided to hire another studio and they had to cover th...
What are you talking about? One game gets a higher price because of development cost and people think it's because of cartridges and not because they decided to hire a outside company to do the port?
There's nothing indicating that those games are being sold at those price points because of cartridges. If that was the case why does does Disgaea complete would cost $70, Has been heroes wouldn't cost $20, Binding of Isaac afterbirth+ wouldn't cost $40. There's no evidence that games are going to cost more because of cartridges. All the games that are coming to the switch are the same price as they are on other consoles. The prices of Ultra Street fighter and Super Bomberman ...
The only game that costs more is Rime. Disgaea 5 complete is $60, the physical version of I am setsuna is $40, Has Been Heroes is still $20 physical. The only game that costs more is Rime and the reason might be because they decided to hire another company to do the switch port.
Also this emulator runs like shit.
I never got the whole achievement thing either.
Yep. In some games that had local multiplayer the devs removed it from the new version, like in Halo.
Horizon does feel like a ubisoft game but doesn't have that boring ass ubisoft formula that almost every ubisoft game has, even their racing games.
You haven't played Zelda that much have you? Once you begin to explore the open world and find more enemies, the game becomes way more difficult and fun. You might like more of a linear approach to games. If you don't like games that you have to explore and figure out how you want to play them then this game is not for you.
Horizon has a far cry primal feel to me, but Horizon is better than fcp, imo
@edmix
Zelda has voice acting. Zelda has better physics, a better designed world, has a more open world, and is more detailed than Horizon. Both games are great and it seems that most of the people on this site have never even played Zelda.
The character development in Botw is actually pretty good. The story of Botw is told sort of like the movie memento. You have to explore and find memories throughout the game to figure out who link is and what happened 100 years ago.
Horizon has more realistic graphics, Zelda has a more detailed realistic world and is more realistic in the way you interact with it.
@kaneki-ken
What's wrong with having to figure out how to play a game on your own? Most gamers that have been gaming since the early gens are good enough to learn a game on their own instead of having the game hold their hand. This is a open world game and IMO open world games should not be telling what to do or where to go. If they do, then it's just a linear game set in a open world and not truly open. The point of a open world game is to have a adventure in a vast world th...
March is on some bullshit. All the great games and movies coming this month, its like these entertainment companies are trying to take everyone's money.
