Most of the people on this site don't really know anything about engines or api's. They just say that because they don't like nintendo. I agree that D2 ain't ever going to come to the switch. It would be a bad idea for bungie to lose money just to port destiny to the switch when Nintendo fans won't really buy it.

I have a switch so I technically already have one, but I will never get a console that doesn't have a physical option. When you buy digital you only get a licence to play the game and I can't get rid of it if I don't like it.

Not only did the wiiu launch during the holidays, Nintendo thought the wiiu would be popular because of the wii name and had like 6 million units available at launch which is more than the ps4 and the switch had combined. It also took them like 6 months to sell through the launch consoles.
