That blood on the screen is part of the game when you get damaged enough
You definitely did.
Well that’s unfortunate. All they have to do is bump resolution up on both. That’s all.
Flaunting that you got a review code along with a rhetorical question and a sarcastic winky face in response to someone saying a game’s online community is dead? Very unprofessional attitude for a reviewer.
Not even that. The last gen collection already ran at 1080p.
Considering neither ps4 pro nor Xbox One x get 4k support, I’d say it’s a quick cash grab.
The vita is only “dead” to Sony and the “triple-A” market. The vita continually gets new indie games and Japanese rpg’s and visual novels on an almost weekly basis. The vita is very alive still. It actually, in fact, has more total titles released for it worldwide than the 3DS despite coming out a year after 3DS.
Nintendo still supports the 3DS and as such, it has a greater variety of new releases. The vita has more games releasing on a regular basis. They just basically al...
I thought it was obvious the player base would shrink rapidly. It was so successful partially because of the license. So you would have an influx of casual gamers and dragon ball fans rushing to get it because it’s dragon ball, but only the actual fighting game fans would stick around past the honeymoon period.
I’d prefer them just continuing the do remasters and remakes because they are the best in the business at it.
I own the ps2 original and the PS3 hd collection physically. I still happily got the special edition of this game on ps4 because it is a rare work of art that deserves all the money it can get.
You’re also not accounting for the fact that not all new titles are super high end look at me. There are plenty of modest looking titles or small budget titles or lower end indie titles. There’s plenty of current gen stuff a 1060 can run at 4K. Hell, the ps4 pro again does native 4K 60fps in all these sports games that have released since it came out and those clearly are way more technically advanced than Final Fantasy 12
Okay but that still doesn’t change the fact that gtx 1060 should EASILY do 4K 60fps on a remastered ps2 title. Hell, the Ps4 pro with its underclocked RX 480 hands in a native 4K 60fps in the kingdom hearts 1.5 and 2.5 collection. This is not a remade game. Even weaker hardware than the 1060 should be able to handle 4K on this game with no problems.
I have the collector’s edition on ps4 pre-ordered.
I read that section several times and it said “base ps4 users can experience the game at 1080p/60fps”
He changed it only after I commented
He went back and edited it.....
This review claims base ps4 users can play the game at 1080p 60fps. They can’t. Base ps4 users can only play it at 30fps with no other options.
What game
Remake*
It was already remastered on PS3 along with Shadow of The Colossus in the same collection. There’s a huge difference between a remaster and a remake.
There was 13-14 years between ocarina of time on n64 and the 3DS remake. The n64 original has a higher meta score. It’s close to 13 years since the ps2 original Shadow and its remake on ps4 has a metascore that is a point higher as opposed to 2 points lower than the original with the ocarina of time remake. This level of critical reception for a remake compared to its original incarnation is unprecedented.
No they don’t. The kind of person willing to play Shadow of The Colossus knows what kind of game it is and doesn’t expect it to be a generic open world filled with nebulous content and filler encounters. There’s a difference between a game having dated mechanics and a game just being different. Nothing about Shadow of The Colossus’ design is outdated.
As for the animations and controls, that’s nothing to do with design conventions changing. That’s just a hallmark of Ueda’s...
