It's missing two of the very best, Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI, they should have had at least one of the two.
Reminds me of the arcade game Pit Fighter, except this looks slightly more entertaining.
Although it is VGChartz, I'm guessing these numbers are pretty accurate. It's amazing how many units Nintendo has sold all together. I wonder how close they are to being able to say: One billion consoles sold.
According to this, it's 8GB(GBytes): http://www.nintendoworldrep...
Eight gigabits doesn't sound right at all, either. Considering it's only double what the previous DS offered. Also, take into account they're planning on adding 3D movie support, 1GB just wouldn't be adequate for a decent quality flick on the system. It's using a resolution of 854 x 480, that's greater th...
Damn, I wish I had $800 to spend.
I think you're reading it wrong, it shows the PS3 has 46% playing online versus the Wii with 27% playing online.
When it says: "Play Video Games (Net)" it means offline + online combined.
Anyone remember this headline: "Pachter: Netflix on Wii won't matter as much as on other consoles"
Looks like he got another one wrong.
These numbers really don't surprise me. The 360's top 10 games are mostly FPS's that are made for online play. The PS3 has a healthy mix of both online and offline focused games. And the Wii has few games worth playing online.
I know they said it's exclusive to EU, but I'm hoping it'll come to the US eventually. If not, I'll buy an imported copy. I'd much rather have a hard copy.
The God of War Collection wasn't too hard, but fun to complete. I didn't really feel like I was wasting my time earning those trophies.
I'm looking forward to finally playing the Sly Cooper games and if they're as fun as I've heard, I'm sure I'll get the platinums on those as well as the PoP trilogy. If it comes to the states as a Blu Ray with all three games, I'll buy it. I loved playing them when they first came out.
When I first read about it, I thought it was a game. After seeing the ad above, I was thinking it could be anything. The ad says: "Exclusive PS3 Reveal," it really could have meant anything(hardware, software, price drop, or any other type of news), but I mostly thought that it would be something unknown to us.
I hadn't heard they were having a press event.
That is disappointing, I was hoping for an actual reveal. They made it sounds like there was some great event where we'd learn about a never before seen THING.
I purposely avoid watching videos, previews or reading in depth reviews of games I plan on playing. Games like Portal 2, Uncharted 3, and The Last Guardian; I will be playing these games I don't want to ruin my experience beforehand.
The PS Eye is a part of Move, if you didn't understand what kaveti meant, you need to be wearing a helmet.
Hook up two PS Eyes and there you have it. It'll also be cheaper than Kinect and I don't think it would need to be hacked. There's probably cheaper options available, too.
You do realize that Kinect isn't actually driving the car? In your response, it kind of sounds like you believe that. Anyway, the coding is what's important here, they really could have used a lot of different cameras to make this work.
I'm so excited for this, I'm like a lot of you, I haven't played ICO but I loved SOTC.
This is where I saw 3D leaning towards. Once it gets away from the gimmick, smart devs will use it to enhance the experience. It's great to know that it's a near flawless experience for these games. Problem is, I now need to buy a new TV since my tube TV is on the fritz, hopefully some prices come down when my tax return comes back.
I agree with you, there are far too many companies involved with their own trademarks. I'm guessing none of them were asked if it would be ok to have the artist's "signature" on cars they own the rights to. AUTOArt really should have gotten permission before adding their signature to their cars. I think rather than trying to get permission from every car company, Polyphony just decided to take it out, rather than take the risk of pissing them off.

X-men was a blast! If I remember correctly, they had three machines; a 2, 4 and 6-player setup. It really doesn't make sense to not have local 6-player. I only have three controllers, but I have multiple friends with PS3's that would love to play this game with me. We'd have no trouble rounding up six controllers.
I'd love to see The Simpsons get released on PSN in the same way, as well as TMNT. There are actually a few arcade games I'd love to see on PSN ...
@-Gespenst-: Why would they pack it in? They're still millions ahead of anyone else in active registered accounts. I'm not a fan of WoW, but why would they want to stop?
@Sprud:
Ummm not exactly... Everquest just released their 17th expansion and they're probably working on their 18th.
Butters is awesome! But, the real quote is: "How can thy ground that which is ungroundable?"
I loved Magician Lord, I blew so much money on that game at the arcade. If it comes to PSN, I'll be buying it.
@Orionsaint: Some people prefer to buy games.
I've had fun with it so far, until it eventually locks up my PS3. I fell through world earlier and was able to attack a bunch of stuff from under the city without them attacking back. As a level 6 I was able to kill some lvl 30 npcs. Didn't get anything worth mentioning though. Still, when they iron out some of the issues, I think it'll be a decent MMO.
