One of Brittany Spear's albums probably sold more than Gears 1 and 2 combined. Hannah Montana has sold 10x more garbage than Gears 1 and 2 combined. Does that make any of their crap good? Yes, I know the Squier is their budget model, otherwise the price would be in the $500+ range. I don't get noobs with 0 common sense. You do know there are different versions of the Squier? There are the ultra cheap models for ~$100, then there are pricier models that range up to $300 and maybe even higher. The Rock Band 3 version of the guitar is based on a mid-high end Squier model. I've been wanting this guitar ever since I heard about it. $280 is a lot for a game controller, but this isn't just a game controller, it's a real Fender Squier guitar. I've read that this version of the Squier is based on a $200-250 model, so really $280 is a great price for what you're getting.

This is not restricting free speech at all, no matter how you try to spin it. If the state was forcing these companies to not make violent games, it would be an issue. Also, as long as the federal government has no authority over these laws(aside from enforcing them), it's not an issue for me. @Dan50: First off, this is only one state asking to make a law to prohibit the sale of adult rated games to children. Second, if you check the cinemas in the US, you'll see a fair share of violent, rated R movies where children under 17 aren't allowed without a parent. Wind Waker was a great Zelda game and should not be on that list. If I had to choose a Zelda game, I'd put The Spirit Tracks up in Wind Waker's place. I give kudos to Nintendo for trying to create a different Zelda world and give us some variety.
