Careful, I believe you could get your ass kicked for saying something like that.

I don't think Microsoft is the only one to blame. Nintendo can be just as bad. Sony is good for the most part, but the Move is way overpriced, imo. Optimal gaming for two players involves getting four glow sticks and two nav controllers = $340(with no tax or a real game included). Then there are the developers and DLC. Capcom and RE5 multiplayer? After $60 you have to pay again for versus multiplayer. MS isn't the only company doing this, but they are one of the worst.

Considering, you can buy a 500GB HDD for the same price any day of the week, ya, I'd say that's overpriced. I wish these companies would stop nickel and diming their customers.

Oddworld: *Insert any game title* could make for a fantastic CGI movie. Especially, something involving Abe or Stranger.

Edit: I agree, the rest of my post was wrong, so I edited it.

Paper Boy was garbage, imo, I never did like it that much. Also, the Double Dragon in the screenshot is from the arcade, not the NES version, but it's a great choice.

Blaster Master and Battle Toads would be on my list, even though the only way I can beat either is with save states.

Aside from the $50 spent on PS+, I've spent a total of about $20-25 on the PSN in the last 3 years. I think PS+ appeals more to gamers like me, than it does the people willing to spend hundreds on PSN. I like trying out different games without having to buy them at full price.

Lmao, you'd be willing to spend less than $10/month to get unlimited access to all PSN movies?! You're not asking for much are you?

Lmao, I prefer gaming on a PC and even I think this is a load of crap. This guy has no clue what he's talking about. Calls the 3DS a handheld device for kids. I know it's going to have mostly family friendly titles, but it appeals to all ages.

As much as it pains me to say it, PC gaming has been dieing for a few years. Aside from the casual games and MMO's there are far less games to choose from on PC's than there are on a consoles.

For those who didn't know, they 3DS is being released at $250 USD.

Imo, Nintendo has the handheld market locked down for now. Things may change if Apple jumps on board. I think the PSP2 will do well as long as they don't go the PSPGo route. But, I just can't see the PSP2 beating the 3DS.

The only thing that will hurt Nintendo, is if all the rumors of 3D being harmful turn out to be true. Then Nintendo will have a major crisis on their hands.

There are now 17 expansions for Everquest, also made by SOE. I expect they'll give away some free DLC, but how long until the first paid expansion?

@Wh15ky:
Depends on what you're willing to pay for, I've never had a problem paying a monthly fee for a game like UO, WoW, Shadowbane, or Everquest. In general, there's enough content to keep you playing for hours every single day for months. Whereas, many games these days give you 5-10 hours at $60 and yo...

You're right. For some reason, I thought that Square-Enix was making The Last Story and I was expecting another horrible game from them. Now that I know SE has nothing to do with the game, I'm disappointed it's not coming this way.

Apparently, they gave FFXIII a 39/40.

Until I see some in depth reviews that I can read, I won't be excited about this game or disappointed that it's not here.

I bought LBP2 last night when I found out about the deal. If I didn't already have ME2 for the PC, I might have picked that one up too.

Matey, seriously, at least try to punctuate. That is the absolute, worst run-on sentence I've ever seen. I'm sorry, I'm not usually a grammar nazi, but COME ON! Rofl, you put a comma in the center of your block of text, did you really think that that would help make your "sentence" more readable?

I played through the first game, it was good. If you like Penny-Arcade and RPG's, I think you'll like it. I never got around to playing the second. But, if a third came out, I would buy it and the second.

How can you compare motion capture with screenshots, poor ones at that? The article should have gathered some decent videos comparing the different scenes and emotions shown on the characters.

Personally, I think LA Noire is going to set the motion capture standard extremely high.

@RedDragan: To answer your question, yes, Heavenly Sword used motion capture, but the old form using small dots placed all over the face. I'd love to see what they can create us...

Please, try to put this HDD into your PS3 I'd love to see how it works out for you.

I've also finished both Contra and Life Force without the Konami code, it was a long time ago but I did it. I've also watched someone beat Bionic Commando, Silver Surfer and Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts. Developers really loved to crush people's hearts back then.

Ouch, that was a bad idea. Eventually, Sony are going to drop the ban hammer, but they won't look at specific cases. They'll use software to do the tracking for them and just issue out bans to all offending consoles. If using the custom firmware is traceable, you might not have PSN access in a few weeks.
