The delusions never end.
We tolerated it for the Wii, I'm sure we'll get over it.
Bare in mind the kind of action (flailing it wildly) that demonstrated the most how laggy it was was the kind of action that has no gameplay implications, unless it's for an inaccurate action like sword wielding in Twilight Princess, or "running" in Resident Evil 4.
but CAPCOM often just ignores sense and decency.
Ah - I was confusing it with one of the hundred other Monster Hunters with 2 in the title.
So basically they're just bundling FU with the PSPGO? Not such a bad deal since once you get into MH, you won't need any other game... ever.
The controls are terrible.
Using the nipple, d-pad and shoulder button all to look and move is a pain in the ass. You end up just turning the wrong way using the nipple, then tapping the shoulder button to center the camera... completely ignoring and wasting the d-pad.
If they fix anything for the next game, it should be the controls.
Why bundle an older version of the game?
Especially when you've just announced a newer version.
Quickly qualified with the phrase " on 360".
But I don't think anybody would deny that GT is the one to go for if you want more of a racing sim, and Forza if you want a more arcade racer.
The amount of time they spend on each car in the GT series is insane. I read that a month of man hours went into each car for GT4... I can only hope they saved some of that data for GT5!
Another list of "Crap you already know about, but I'm going to write about it anyway".
Future Cop: LAPD - The only game that lets you play as ED-209, very addictive base capturing game.
G-Police - Flying around in space domes, enforcing the law.
Syphon Filter - It's incredible how many have not played this. If Michel Bay did Metal Gear... but good.
Command & Conquer - RTSing takes getting used to without a mouse, but it's the o...
@Godem
Yes, you bloody well should! It's a terrific game. But from the way most of my friends go on about it, if you intend to play Deus Ex 2 as well, play it first. Playing DE1 then 2 will just lead to bitter disappointment.
@XboxOZ360
PC games aren't really measured in "Generations", but since they ported it quite well to the PS2, it would make it about the 6th gen. Yeah it doesn't look that great, but does satisfy in gameplay.
My copy of Uncharted always freezes in the exact same spot. Guaranteed if I'm playing it from scratch up until you start running from the Spaniards. But since that takes about 6 hours, even I need a rest at that point!
That's a lot of ifs.
We all know how they dropped the ball with DE2, after having a perfect working environment and a metric ton of cash from the first game.
No?! Really?
I wish trailers would just disappoint us for a change. At least it may be more accurate.
Which is why he never felt the need to qualify his statement. Gods people! Learn to read minds, already!
Even though he's still wrong, but never mind. He wouldn't have his job today if he did anything worthwhile.
It seems to me that any MH game is worth getting, and you may never need another game ever - just so much to do!
It's quite annoying that the biggest innovation in the series as of late has been waggle on the wii, but if they stick to the crappy controls for the PSP version, I will rage! Honestly, do you need the nipple, d-pad AND Left shoulder button all to move and look around? No, probably not. Fix it CAPCOM!
"Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg has claimed that Xbox 360 has "nearly twice" PS3's installed base"
38mil:33mil is not nearly twice.
And even if he did mean just the US, 22mil:13mil is not "nearly twice" either.
Where have they been for the last 2 years?
Sure they've added a couple of MS products to make it seem unbiased...
But The Wiimote failed? Well I guess ~70 million sales of the Wii (not counting extra wiimotes) is a failure!
PS Home Failed? Guess you should tell that to the 12million people who use it.
I may give you the sixaxis, but whenever it's used now it is actually innovative (throw-distance of a grenade in uncharted, steadying the sniper in killzone 2)
Utter rubbish.
That's real question.
Portal was fantastic, but it really was just a tutorial for a game that never started.
And would except some decent core games released along side the peripheral.
*hoping for Die By The Sword remake*
