"What on God's green Earth makes you think Star Wars will 'sell pretty well'?"
Serious question?
It tough for me to leave feedback when I've just never had any interest in playing the Tropico series :P. One helpful tip: There's a bit of a redudancy issue with you typing around 2 sentences and then starting a new paragraph. With each new paragraph comes a different topic so it's impossible for a reader to fully examine your opinion.
I can't prove it, but I know they're bias (intended to be joke).
Simply amazing for an exclusive racing sim (or racing sim in general). I'll soon be purchasing when I have the time :).
First Star Wars: TOR review, I think.
KOTOR 3 can still be produced.
I'm curious to see how many sites will annouce their Game of the Year winners AFTER the year is over. And you wonder why so many sites don't know when a decade begins and ends (hint: '10-'19 is the decade we're in).
- I never said there weren't linear narratives in games, books, and films. Only stated that not ALL of them are structured like that (like you said in your first post)
- "That couldn't be further from the truth with the exception of those types of adventures (like Indiana Jones). "
Uncharted falls under this quote from my first post. I too heard Henning state that and it makes sense for the adventure games that mirror Indiana Jones; ho...
That part is a bit skewed. Although I often hear "The writer knows the ending first and works from there", that doesn't necessarily mean he/she knows all of the setpiece moments. It's been stated by many that after working out their characters and having them react with each other, the author can sometimes 'feel' that the book is writing itself (think of true inspiration).
Let me clarify as well about "Oh S***" moments. I'm speci...
I'm not saying your statement on gameplay is wrong. I only wanted to point out the flaws in the other parts of your statement.
@ Daveman (sorry, thought I hit reply) A few things:
- Not all novels and films have a linear narrative.
- "Like in Uncharted, you have to build the setpieces FIRST, and then the narrative around those setpieces."
That couldn't be further from the truth with the exception of those types of adventures (like Indiana Jones). 99% of all major critically-acclaimed novels were never initially built around the author coming up w...
I hate the title question is the same as the description. (It is atm)
I personally can't stand Pip Boy. The Green font/Black background makes it impossible for me to read the description clearly.
We should be worried about this game when considering who's behind it. If rumors are true, Spark *something* have released Turning Point and Legendary for this gen. The devs behind two games that were smeared by critics are now handling a threequel to one of Lucasarts' most beloved Star Wars franchises (2000- ).
I think Bastion's getting its name called more often. Or To The Moon.
The only reason stated thus far is something along the lines of the party feature not being equipped on the other new services as well. While the reasoning is not complete, I'm curious to hear why that matters from you.
Having a valid reason for removing a feature doesn't make their decision any more legitimate. Instead of highlighting it as a feature PSN had and then removing for security reasons, Sony should've known that feature could've created a back ...
Removing features in updates isn't a new thing. Despite which consoles have done this, the complaint remains the same.
Still an interesting comparison.
*Looks at Bastion $1 DLC while free on PC* It seems they're already trying to go back from that lesson...unfortunately.
@Earmon
Was sincerely joking. I deeply respect Edge for at least using the 1-10 scale. I'm not entirely certain how often their opinions coincide with mine, but I respect them for the amount of depth they give for every review.
@Blaah
It's always nice to know I have fans :).
