Yes, but did they fix the terrible blur filter making it look far worse than the Sonic CD port on PS3 / X360 / PC (which was developed outside of Sonic Team, and instead by fans)? Because it was borderline unplayable for me because of that.
Switch has never been a home console, it's been a portable (with HDMI output via USB-C) since day one of its release.
Yikes, PS3 / X360 era hardware generation games charging $70? Stuttering framerates and less than 1080p resolution with constant pop-in? Unacceptable.
Atmosphere all the way.
When the Devil calls, don't answer.
Then why can't one third of the posters on N4G tell us this?
Keep going, don't stop now, cancel more Ubi-crap games.
Keep going, shut more live service trash down.
One of those rare intelligent posts on N4G.
Exactly correct. MS is trying their damnest to reshape this industry into their own vision, slowly but surely trying to convince everyone that services are the best thing ever, and ownership is the worst thing ever.
And there are some out there willingly chugging down the Kool-Aide. What a shame!
Lots of good games on that list, so it sucks for 360 owners who refuse to buy into later Xbox console generations, like myself. Piracy is the only true form of game preservation.
You also forgot to mention nearly every big budget game shoehorns in unnecessary EXP grinding, skill trees, and resource collecting to create a need for constant upgrading. The reason why they do this is not to make better playing games, but rather its a business decision planned by executives (not the developers) to increase "player engagement" which translates to: the more often you boot up a game, the more likely you'll waste your money on some micro-trash-action trinket, or ...
Horrible news, fuck cancer!
I first saw her on 24 and she was awesome, well she was awesome in every one of her roles. She will be missed.
This is the issue with game reviews. It received a score of 53/100 or 5.3/10 which should be considered AVERAGE, instead its considered BAD. And 7/10 is considered average, which is why the whole scale is lopsided.
If you're going to claim that something is a contender "for worst game of the year" give it the appropriate score of 3/10 or lower.
What 'goodwill' exactly? What has Microsoft even done to garner goodwill since 2013? Its been 10 whole years of mistakes, lies, scams, rushed unpolished releases, broken promises, scummy business practices, and attempting to buy their way to success.
Where is this supposed goodwill coming from? The author assumes that they can 'float on goodwill', whereas I see them as a sinking ship for an entire decade.
All those family games they were developing for the Amico should have just been Switch games. There's no need to make new hardware for these simple games.
Similar apps like this existed all the way back on the GameBoy with the 'InfoGenius Productivity Pak: Personal Organizer and Phone Book'.

Nothing worth hating. If you don't care for it, don't use it.
I beat Superman 64, it was pure torture the entire time. Yes, it truly deserves to be a failure.
A big F U to everyone involved with that piece of flaming donkey crap.
Choppy framerates and below standard art and animation are Bethesda trademarks.
"Business leader" = Daddy's checkbook.
It's using a 2015 mobile chipset, and we're approaching the halfway point of 2023. The end damn well better be in sight, doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.
