Seem to be a lot of niche Japanese games coming to PC lately, so it wouldn't be a surprise if this comes over. If the demand is there, it's a worthy venture. :)
Oh it is? Ahhhhhh crap, I didn't realise it got a name change. XD
Previous to this I was getting the name mixed up with "Omega Labyrinth" and "Coven and The Labyrinth of Refrain." So many Labyrinths, O Goblin King!
In any case, that's still a truckload of DRPGs for my lovely Vita. :)
Keep on bringing those sweet DRPGs to Vita. :)
Here's hoping we get news on the localisation of Mary Skelter, Coven and The Labyrinth of Refrain, Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy and Demon Gaze 2. And now Experience say Stranger of Sword City 2 is planned for development! :D When will my backlog end...?
The alpha kicked my ass and left me begging for mercy. Can't wait to see what the full game has in store. :)
I wouldn't call either the Scorpio or the Neo "next gen." Crossing a generation insinuates that some massive change has happened. I don't see that in what Scorpio/Neo offer IMO. They seem to be "intermediate" systems between gens.
Am I the only one who doesn't pore over specs, but instead focuses on game selection? Surely that should be the main focus for any gamer?
Don't give us what we want; give us something we never knew we needed. That, to me, is the philosophy that led to the greatest masterpieces in gaming.
A game that is on XBO and PC is not an Xbox One exclusive.
A game that is on PS4 and PS3/Vita is not a PS4 exclusive. (Star Ocean 5 I'll let slide since the PS3 version is Japanese only)
Why is it that this generation it's suddenly okay to completely twist the meaning of the word?
Same. Visual novels are such a perfect fit for handhelds.
It's not dead until games stop being released for it. There are plenty coming this year and the next, including exclusives.
Sony marketed it horribly. So many adverts made it look as if the system didn't have any exclusives, just ports of FIFA and Need For Speed. -_- The average consumer was never going to give it any notice with that impression. And of course Sony dropped the system like a hot potato once the PS4 released.
I wouldn't call it "dead" though. There are still many games coming this year and new games (including exclusives) getting announced pretty regularly. The ...
Don't look at me! I own 35 retail games, a few digital games, plus there's several upcoming releases I'm getting this year. :) #NoGamez #JesusChristWhenWillMyBacklogE nd
I will say though that nobody should try and guilt-trip people over the decline of a system, company, or whatever. No matter what we buy or where we go, there are a million and one people who are not getting our money. Is it then "our fault" that Blockbuster died, that the local butch...
Stop with all these 9+ review scores! I won't be able to play the game for another two weeks after it launches! The wait will be unbearable! D:
Anyone who hasn't, go and play 999 and Virtue's Last Reward. (Or at least just VLR if you can't play the first one) More people need to throw away their preconceptions visual novels and experience one of the most criminally underrated game series of the past decade.
This is some disappointing news. I loved LA Noire and was looking forward to this. I just those involved are able to get jobs again. :(
"EEEYAAA! BAKA! HENTAI!"
"Gomenosai, oneh-chan..."
Don't even try the link, Nintendo have censored all the beautiful girls he speaks of. Such a sad day for everyone, everywhere. -_____-
I dunno, sometimes I think niche games aren't really affected by being on a system with low sales. The passionate Wii U fans who want to support the system and support developers willing to make games for it despite its supposed irrelevancy (at least in the minds of the mainstream) will be more drawn to obscure titles such as this. But hey, maybe I'm just projecting. :P
I liked the game, I really did. I just don't think it quite measures up to the previous game, Crimes and Punishments.
Damn it! Why does this have to be released right around the time of my brother's wedding!?
I'll have to delay playing this for a week or so after its release, when I'll have some free time. I couldn't bear starting it and then having to make do with the odd half an hour here and there. XD
"Don't give people what they want, give them what they never knew they needed."
I feel this philosophy is what drives creativity and gives rise to some of the greatest masterpieces in all forms of entertainment. Trying to please everyone is a fool's errand.
