I too loved Lords of Shadow. With the exception of Symphony of The Night, it's actually my fave Castlevania game.
I played Lords of Shadow 2 and couldn't manage more than 4 hours or so before putting iit on the shelf and letting it collect dust. Possibly one of the worst games I played last gen. IMO it's better not to tarnish what the first game did by playing its mediocre sequel.
This might sound silly... But the game is already on course for an 8 or 9 for me based on the puzzle minigame alone! I'm seriously addicted, playing it on every work break, playing in bed until midnight... I've barely even touched the main game; I just keep coming back for the puzzles! I'm on level 9 stage 4 at the moment and it is tough. I've had more fun with this simple minigame than I did the entirety of MGSV. So awesome! Maybe I'll actually play the visual novel part ...

Absolutely. I have more games for it than PS4 and play it much more than my PS4. There are also still many, many upcoming Vita games I want for this year and the next. I'm about to play it in a moment, in fact! It's perfect for lunch break at work. :)

I honestly don't think I've ever done this in my life. Usually I create characters that look freakishly weird for a laugh, or characters with a particular backstory in mind that fit the setting. So yeah, I... cannot relate to what you're saying at all.

Crimes and Punishments is one of my favourite games this gen! You should definitely play it if you want an interesting detective game. I actually bought it on its first week of release and have no regrets.
I personally think it's a superior game to The Devil's Daughter, in fact.
If they start making Pro exclusives it will be a massive "F YOU!" to gamers who bought the base PS4. So no, I hope they don't do it.

If they announced P5 would only take 30 hours to beat, I would not be buying it day one. I'm sick of games this gen taking steps back instead of steps forward. Hearing that P5 will be as long as previous games has me more pumped for the game than ever.

I feel the same way. All the improved specs in the world can't persuade me to buy an upgraded version of a console I already own. And even if I didn't, getting a base PS4 at a lower price point would be my choice. Same games with slightly better visuals? Why? Plus I have no 4K TV, and I have little interest in VR, so yeah, the Pro does nothing for me.
Can't say I'm surprised. Devs have no reason to push the Pro/Scorpio if the majority own base consoles. People will still buy the game in droves regardless. I pretty much expected this to happen when the rumours of PS4.5 started. The upgraded consoles will be an afterthought because it is more cost effective to push the original system, rather than go all out with the new hardware. All that power gone to waste...
