Yeah, I'm getting really tired of gamers worrying more about which console is better than what console they can HAVE FUN with. Anyone can give you a good time depending on your tastes, so these crappy articles really don't mean anything.

Well, L4D was designed first and foremost as a multiplayer game, so that's basically the incentive to get the game. It's definitely not worth full price without multiplayer.
Well, those were the early days of Steam, so they had some learning to do at that point, not counting all the other issues Steam used to have, but I think they have it down these days.
Though it does slightly annoy me when a good game gets a much lower score than the average, I generally don't care about scores too much. I read the text and get an idea what a game is about. Some of my favorite games have been iffy on scores, such as Army of Two.

Shooters can still be plenty scary if they make them right. Look at F.E.A.R. That game almost made me piss myself.

Sure, the new games may not be as scary, but that's because your character is more possible to control.
Destructoid is basically always well below the average. It seems they either don't like games that much or they do this for hits.
Price is the whole reason I don't have a PS3 yet. If it would come down more, I'd be much more inclined to get one, but as of now, I don't see any reason to get one when there's only a couple of games I want that aren't multiplatform.
L4D is really nothing like Zombie Panic other than the fact that it has guns, survivors, and zombies. The gameplay experience is entirely different.
Saigon, overhyping games has been around since before MS was even making consoles. It's just the nature of the gaming industry.

I guarantee all of your disagrees are Playstation fanboys. This happens in every article talking about an exclusive title.
I also think the game is better than the first. They added a lot more than most sequels.

I wouldn't say GTA 4 sucked myself, but I'd definitley replace Halo 3 with Half-Life 2.
Yeah, I think if anything, it's boosting interest in music. Heck, it helped my brother start producing better music. He used to make digital diarrhea if he tried to create a piece, but now his stuff is listenable, all because he attained a greater appreciation for quality music by playing Rock Band.
Everyone is entitled to say which console they think is better, but the way some people go about it is just ridiculous. Also, some people are far too sensitive to such comments and end up retaliating angrily.
I just can't understand why some people can be so adamently biased to one console when both consoles are clearly doing amazing things.
