Did you even read it? The article is pointing out the good things in the game.
Caps Lock powers, activate!
Well, the guy also says you can cook greandes in Halo, which you can't, so yeah...
Playing an RPG is definitely a lot different than watching one. I like both sides of it personally.
I don't think it'll take long for this one to be cheap. It'll be getting traded in pretty frequently with lack of replay value.
Yeah, I've been saying for a while that they really can't just copy RE 4 on this one. They need to innovate to keep up with the times. It's not looking like they are just yet, but I'll hold my breath until it's out.
I still find my share of idiots on Live, but there definitely seems to be less these days.
Ventrilo and Teamspeak have always done the same thing on PC games with friends in ghost cams giving away info(as said above). These things don't really bother me anymore as an avid PC gamer. It's just spreading over to consoles now.
Quite possibly
I facepalmed and lol'd at the same. Yoo gaiz r kwazy!
FYI, Haze was Free Radical.
But on topic, it's a shame to see them falling apart. I really liked some of their older games, like the Rogue Squadron series and Super Turrican.
I think the Wii is proof that stuff like hard drives really aren't required in a console yet. I think the 360 is going to be around longer than a lot of people are saying it's going to be, simply because the Wii has proven that more powerful tech doesn't mean it's a better system (in terms of sales at least).
Anyway, can't we just stop caring about which console is better and just enjoy the games? No matter what console you buy, if you're enjoying your time with it, isn't that ...
You guys wanting to compare console exclusives are forgetting one thing. The PS3 both came out a year later and is more expensive than the 360. If it didn't have better graphical capabilities, that would be pretty sad.
Besides, I'm sick of these stupid graphics comparisons. Games are about FUN. People always seem to forget that.
The mechanics in MK vs. DC are definitley a lot more solid than previous titles. I hate how people complain so much just because the fatalities are lacking. Yeah, it would be cooler with them, but it's still a solid fighter.
The first couple of levels in Farcry were amazing, but when it decides to throw mutant monkeys at you, that's where I lost interest in it. That's the only reason I liked Farcry 2 better.
Well, I don't like beer, but if I did, I imagine I'd definitely drink it while playing games. Mountain Dew is my gaming drug.
Apparently, these researchers forgot what fun is. Too much time looking into stuff like this and not enough doing fun things.
$15 is way more than worth it for any fan of the series. They made a lot of nice improvements over the original, plus they added some pretty stable online play. I'm definitely happy with my purchase. Can't say it's for everyone, though.
Take the part of the game that's actually in Sonic style, and it's a good game. Take the slow-paced crappy action segments and you have a steaming pile of dung. It makes me wonder why Sega insists on straying from what Sonic is actually supposed to be, a fast-paced platformer.
I think just about every big game gets overhyped in a sense. People get so worked up over games like this that they're almost guaranteed to be disappointed because of their overly lofty expectations.
