Not only can they go in for sales, but they can also go in for most hardcore gamers alienated.
Six times more players than Too Human? So the game has like 60 players? You could have picked a more played game, haha.
I used to play Travian, the successor to Tribal Wars. It's a nice distraction, but it got old to me after a while. It was fun for a couple of months, though.
Well, I say one thing slightly against the PS3 and the fanboys lash out with disagrees. I guess you all missed the part where I said "no doubt it's a good system now" because of your fanboy tunnel vision.
It's not a lie that it's in third place, and I'm sure it turned a lot of people off after the shaky launch. It's picking up steam now, but it has a lot of catching up to do.
Not once did I say anything bad about the console people. It's just that it's ...
I bet you guys $5 that I got a disagree for mentioning Halo 2. Sorry to break it to Halo haters, but it pretty much set the standard for today's party systems. Yeah, it's Halo, it's overrated at times, but that doesn't mean it didn't do good things for the genre.
Well, maybe if they fix it, some of the fans that left will forgive them and come back. It's a shame to see such a good game series falling apart because of a rushed release.
Yeah, online console gaming has high standards these days thanks to games like Halo 2 that set the bar high. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to quickly join your friends. I feel kinda bad for all the Socom faithfuls that have to put up with this.
Well, a lot of lazy people do buy games off Amazon, but the problem is that Left 4 Dead would be a lot higher on PC if the Steam downloads were counted. I'd say Amazon is a half decent way to count console games, though.
This article reminds me of how some idiots call a PC "a Windows".
I lol'd
Well, it's hard to blame people for doubting the PS3, because each year is supposed to be the "year of the PS3", yet it's still in 3rd place. No doubt it's a good system now after clearing the early hiccups and getting some great exclusives, but a lot of people just still don't have faith in it. Plus the lack of a price cut never helps, but I guess Sony can't really afford to lose even more money on each console sold yet.
Yeah, knowing the crazy stuff the Japanese do, this kind of news doesn't phase me, haha.
It does have some RPG elements. It's a very mixed bag of a game.
I think the sales will pick up once people are done with all the other huge releases from this season. Games like this really make me want to get a PS3. It sucks that I don't have the money for it right now.
To be honest, I couldn't stand playing RE games until the 4th game. I can't stand the stiff controls. I do enjoy watching the original games, though. I wish they'd go back to the original games with the new control and camera format. The stories and environments were awesome. I'd love to play them without getting mad at the controls.
It's really hard to choose between L4D, RE, and Dead Rising for me. They're all amazing in their own aspects. If there's one thing Dead Rising wins at, it's that it's completley ridiculous and hilarious.
I agree that the combat is better. This guy seems to be complaining because he doesn't know how to deal with the new changes. The shotgun is fine. You just have to actually aim it now and go for upper body shots. The chainsaw is indeed pretty lame up close, but it's still counterable by diving in the right direction.
The only thing I'd change in the system now is the fact that if you shoot somebody, they can rev their chainsaw directly after the shot. The delay to using it only...
Apparently that's something Capcom doesn't want to tell us yet. It probably has to do with some big twist of some sort as people have been saying in other comments.
Apparently it's not worth it to you. People know your opinion better than you do. Yay internet...
Well, the PS3 definitely does have the best exclusives this year, but the Wii still prints money. Darn casual gamers...
Well, everyone likes different things, and I guess Fable 2 just had everything Adam loves. It's just his opinion after all. I personally enjoy Fable slightly more than Fallout.
Yeah, I honestly have no problem with swapping discs once every 8-10 hours. Complaining about doing so just shows that somebody is too lazy to get off the couch. DVDs are still fine in my eyes, but we will have to move on to larger capacity discs someday. I just don't think that'll be for a while.
I was thinking the same thing.
