Look at the original Snes game Sarobi, the puppet look was really cool for the promotions, it featured in the box, manuals posters and magazines.

Being honest I'm interested in the game and if the gameplay is as good as the other Star Fox games I'm all in but I'm convinced that they can do better with the looks (Nintendo said it was on purpose so the Wii U can definitely do better). The Star Fox series, since its foundation, was a graphical showpiece of non stop action, it introduced 3d gaming done right on the SNES thanks to Argonaut's SFX chip, Star Fox 64 was also a showcase for the N64, featuring prominently in prom...
But those import rates will put the system at 180$ as well? because at that price point of 38$ I hardly believe so.
What a shame deadpoolio, I guess it could've been fun.
Fix the PC game and then they can do a TMNT game (Comic version, not M.Bay BS) or a Flash game, one shouldn't have access to the peak of his powers if they put the flash against different speedsters syphoning Barry's speed force and changing the city by messing with time, flash will need to fight his way through different versions of former allies and foes while chasing the speedsters for a chance to reclaim his powers and fix the time rifts, this allows the city to change many times ...
I'll miss them, I've my ball game and watch and some other stuff to remember their passing, thanks for being awesome at fan service.
Rare has lots of talents left with them like Gregg Mayles (the current creative director btw) lead designer of Banjo-kazooie and Director of Banjo-Tooie, he also was one of the people responsible for Diddy Kong design,he started to work at RARE in 1989 and has seen the development of earlier titles like Battletoads, he also was the designer of the Donkey Kong Country Series. Leigh Loveday, who wrote the script of the DKC games and Blast Corps is still there. Lead designer of Killer Instinct a...
Rare is still Rare, key people are still there that are directly responsible for Banjo-Kazooie and have worked on DKC and other Rare games that predates the Snes era, even Sea of thieves is probably an evolution of an idea they really wanted to do a long time ago, Banjo-Kazooie was born of some assets and work of a previous effort known internally as "project Dream" an RPG of pirates that never saw the light of day.
Nvidea will be very interested in the x86 license that AMD has, that's the only thing stopping them from entering in the x86/64 arena.
Nvidia is looking into very diferent ARM solutions for GPUs, like a CPU integrated on the cards and in the long run build a system around the GPU alone, interesting stuff, their mobile ARM-CUDA SOCs are also improving quite fast.
Same here since launch, I haven't got anything yet... (US account)
I do hope so Venomousfatman, I want it to look as best as possible, Starfox was originally a pioneer of 3d done right in consoles but from what I've seen from the trailer, the new one it's not that far away from "Assault" graphic style but at the end of the day I care more about the gameplay so at least I'll have my barrel roll! XD.
It's been too long, I'll give this one a shot but I do hope they improve the graphics, texture quality will play a huge role in chicken mode!
This will be overpriced but dammit, I'm opening the wallet... I hope we get 3 as well.
At least 1.20$ per gigabyte or I won't budge. I'll manage with my original card until then.
Thumbs up 'cause I agree with you about the Wii U controller Monkey Man, that is a really nice concept that could get a lot better when the price of higher tech goes down as there's still some small room for improvement (multi-touch, better res, distance, battery life). The thing that held back the Wii U was definitely hardware grunt, not the controller, it needed better hardware for keeping up with the market, is not only about graphics but "availability", the market moved ...
That huge phone bill, thanks online gaming of yore! XD
Oh, come on LarZen! Do you really think neither Microsoft or Sony can't write a software solution for those codecs on that chip, is just video streaming and security measures, those decoding chips are needed for setup boxes and sticks but the consoles have more than enough power for the task, but just on 30 fps thanks to HDMI 1.4.
I think the PS4 version will be the best selling one, but PC will have a substantial number and maybe a longer life span if it's supported by the mod community.

As close as the original game art as it can get.
