The common excuse of the clock been a lot faster on the xbox one is BS, its just 150 "MHZ" that is 0.15 "GHZ", that's right! just "0.15 GHZ" of overclock for a total of 1.75 GHZ, this is a joke, it was made in order to at least give the bone a better number in something but is almost a POINTLESS OVERCLOCK so give me a break! the Xbox One is a good machine that should and WILL STAND OUT FOR ITS GAMES, not for the hardware, btw the overclock of the gpu is 0.05 ...
And AC3 glitchfest, most of those bugs weren't squashed and remain to this day.

Is not forced parity as Ubisoft chose to go that way, either way most of their late AAA games are a bug/glitch fest, no matter which platform, with or without parity.
Yep, recent games made with "UbiArt Framework" engine like Rayman Legends for example, but I agree that most AAA games from Ubisof are Ubershaft!!
@smellslikeralph, sometimes I do too, I had some games last gen that I bought again on PC to re-experience those titles with a sort of a remastered version XD (better framerate/resolution/details) or some mods, like GTA IV, Elder Scrolls IV or the AC series. I have AC1/2/brotherhood/3 on my PS3 and I have all the same games and the rest of them on PC, nowadays I just go for the PC version with multi-platform games.
I do complain fellow gamer blackblades, I'm not sick, I'm annoyed with the selection as I've already played most of those titles on PC and PS3 (a few of them are recycled versions or have been around quite some time), I'm a Plus subscriber since day 1 and on the PS4 front, this year has been a let down for me but on the Vita front, I can't complain XD (thus, this years hasn't been a complete waste). I understand that for people who haven't played those indie titles...
It was also a great year for indie gaming!
-Shovel Knight -Transistor -Papers Please -Valiant Hearts
-The Banner Saga -Octodad -Nidhogg -Broken Age
-Child of Light -Five Nights at Freddy's
And I guess the new Shantae game should be in my little indie list but I haven't played that one, I don't know if it has released yet but I'm sure it will be a nice game
Why rush masamune if it wasn't ready? too much media pressure? I miss charging my controller while in rest mode (I've to shut down the ps4 as my rest mode is broken) as the battery of "my DS4" is not even close to those on my DS3 controllers, I hope next time they push for stability while releasing new features.
MSBAUSTX your theory is flawed:
*MK8 hasn't performed as its predecessor, not even close.
*Bayonetta 2 although a really high scored, critically acclaimed game, this doesn't guarantee record breaking sales as Japan's 3 weeks sales decline (2 week: 7.7k, 3 week: 3.6K, 4 week: 2.1K) has shown.
*Smash is my personal candidate for GOTY but historically, smash has never sold more copies than Mario Kart.
*The Wii kids aren't kids anymore.
Hey #memots why so serious? the guy is talking about his experience, I have a PS4 too but I've only enjoyed Infamous Second Son so far, I'm planning on getting first light but besides this and Resogun I have nothing else to play, I have all the PS+ releases but I've played many of those games on PC and/or on my PS3, the fabled last of us... I already played that one on the PS3 and maybe in the future I'll give the remaster a spin but currently I better spend my money on games ...
I'd like to disagree, the cornered animal is Nintendo whose pulling the weigth of the low adoption rate of the Wii U with releasing exclusive after exclusive of varied games "full of content", I look at super smash in awe at the sheer amount of content it has, but I agree that the xbone is putting a hell of a fight as well. I have all current platforms but the xbone and its really making me think on a future purchase, that catalogue in the making seems as good as its competitors...
Thanks!
Rather give me a date or ship my preorder XD
Rare has lots of talents left with them like Gregg Mayles, lead designer of Banjo-kazooie, Battletoads and DKC2 who still works there, lead designer of Killer Instinct and former voice of Jago Kenn Lobb works in Microsoft Studios as creative director and oversees the new "KI" development, Leigh Loveday, who wrote the script of the DKC games and Blast Corps is still there. Rare still has lots of its former talent. Rare is still capable of pulling a game as good as the original Banjo-...
I'm not sure if you understand my point at all, where in my former comment did I declared that exclusives didn't matter? I just said "most gamers" primary cause for buying a console is multiplatform games but in no way this means that exclusives have no say, in my opinion "exclusives define a console" but even this isn't a recipe for success, "third party support", price and features in "most cases" have more impact in the scale and target a...
"Most gamers will also not buy a console solely for exclusive titles." you guys want to know why this sentence is right? because most gamers aren't "hardcore" or "enthusiast", MOST GAMERS buy a console for COD, GTA, Racers and Sports sims. For example: I'm one of those guys that buys multiple consoles because of exclusives like the Wii U for Nintendo games, in that front I'm on a 7+ Million minority and that platform is not lacking of exclusive titles...
The bottom line is that if nintendo does not give support to the peripheral at least there are options to keep the investment. I agree with you that I did not give enough information in my comment on the dolphin but it wasn't necessary, you should not assume that a person emulating a game is stealing it, a hasty conclusion is not always the most accurate
I have a real gamecube and a nice catalogue of games with it, I just want to play those games with the facelift advantage of my PC and my GC controllers, tell me again how am I ripping people off emulating games I already own?
The gamecube had some of the most amazing exclusives on a console but sold only 21.7 million, I see a similar situation of a console with amazing/epic exclusives, this time bundled with a nice gadget/gimmick of a controller but with even less support from third parties, less performance than its peers and poor internet support (in an online age), at the same rate even the gamecube had more sales in its time than the Wii U so I be amazed if the console reaches 25 millions sales, even with thos...
