Gotta love the inverse of votes even though both you and Overload are just stating your opinions lol
Typical N4G fanboy trash
All they need is Pokemon and they'll overtake Xbox One's worldwide sales numbers in a year
Ehh you get used to it after playing Destiny...not saying its a good practice, just a norm for the most part
@yeahright2
If you knew anything about coding you'd know that creating a fully integrated emulation on a previous system with a completely different language takes YEARS of making. Pretty sure 2 years wasn't their start and end point, I think they planned to release it alongside the One in the future to draw any remaining casual fans to their latest system.
@BiggerBoss
Different focuses, the Xbox One and PS4 are so similar in architecture it came down to one being game focused the other being a multi-media machine. Now they've realized they need to hit harder with the tech in the gaming aspect and are launching a system whose difference is far more than their inferiority in comparison to the PS4.
1.8 TFLOPs vs 1.41 TFLOPs
6.0 TFLOPS vs 4.2 TFLOPs
@PurpHerbison
Its being a smart consumer and not getting ass handed like an idiot. Majority of retail outlets honor a low price guarantee of some sorts for a period of time. In such cases for Amazon, its impossible to go in store and make a case and thus calling to sort the issue is saving me $60.
Yeah I'd like to know too, Target's had a 10% off all electronics promotion, I know that
If you bought on Amazon, call them threaten to return the product and they'll issue you the difference as credit. For other place such as Best Buy or Target, you can do the same thing return the product and ask for the difference back into a gift card on your credit card. Buying this at $400 was pretty damn stupid, I feel you man
May he rest in peace and prosperity
Seems like the guess of a $500 price tag is all too real now. The Xbox One S 2 TB is $400 and it'll be north of that, so I can only presume the launch price of the Xbox One. At that price it becomes a bit too unappealing, however if it comes bundled with games or XBL or store credit and so on, you can justify that price tag. But entry consumers will probably have the Pro being $350 or less by then and 1.8 TFLOPS to most consumers won't be worth the additional 150 or 200
WAHHHH they attacked my console, WAHHH they're unlegit
really true 4k means a native resolution of 2160p. Not 1400p upscaled or 1800, 2160p.
I just find it odd that people's eyes can see a night and day difference between 900p and 1080p. But can't see any between 1800p and 2160p? lol guess I'm just blind here
You do realize this is also available on Xbox One right?
Fails to mention that if you bought a PS4 Pro from Amazon, you're eligible for a $20 discount on any edition of Infinite Warfare. They'll send you a promo code through email.
Just realized that December is next month...where the hell did the time go?
It does not, you have BC for each of the individual games
For Lost Odyssey I just put in disc 1 and it downloaded the whole game and when I want to play it I just insert Disc 1 and it plays the game just fine
I would hope with near 4x the graphical horsepower of the One regular, you'd be able to run GOW 4 or FH3 at Native 4K considering those games are running at 1080p and near flawless 30 FPS
I doubt retailers would put it on sale that quick after launch. It's in higher demand than the Slim PS4 so don't get your hopes up. Though anyone looking for a One S or Slim will find some killer deals
@game4funz
There is a gap buddy, the OG Xbox One has 1.31 TFLOPS the One S is 1.41, not massive but there is a difference enough to see higher frame-rates and more consistent performance on one machine vs the other
