Makes no sense because none of these machines have confirmed hardware specs...
Damn I guess you can't read, its a great investment when you have all the devices in the ecosystem. Just Xbox One and PS4 its not even close, Xbox One gets more games and objectively higher valued titles.
On the current-gen platforms its not even comparable. You get 4 playable games on Xbox One every month compared to the 2 on PS4 ( it'll get 3 or 4 once in a while) so there it's already better. As a whole PS Plus is better since its offered on more platforms and thus you attain more per buck, but you reap the benefits only if you're fully invested into the Sony ecosystem. With Microsoft's one device you will reap you all the benefits.
Never underestimate the power of Pokemon lol
And both of those games aren't worth $60, you can platinum the Order in under 8 hours and QB is mediocre and repetitive beyond measure. If quality is to judge the price, neither of those games make a good point. I didn't see anyone complain about R&C's $40 price tag, why the sudden bitching now?
Good thing Gears 4, ReCore, Halo Wars 2, FH3 are coming then huh, should help lessen the fanboy anxiety you're experiencing. As for the rest of us who game because we enjoy gaming, we like being able to pick up one of the best games made last-gen and play it for nostalgic or fun purposes.
Based on the logic of some of these arm chair analyst every Xbox and PS gamer now has a capable gaming PC rig too loll
It's a smart decision from Microsoft, it allows them to grow their business and allow it to thrive on more platforms. Not to mention it doesn't take away from owning a Xbox, those who game on PC will game on PC and those on consoles will game on consoles. You have a small overlap of players who actually will substitute Xbox gaming with a gaming PC
No its not, its part of the Xbox One family and I emphasize XBOX ONEEEEEEE meaning its a mid-cycle upgrade
LOL those promotions didn't seem to mention anything about student specific discounts or did I miss Best Buy giving students only a free controller?
Keep trying man, you put PS4 fanboy on your resume too? You seem so proud
Its funny though this is a NA promotion where the Xbox still has a large market ( not as large as PS4) so its not a hard sell, Microsoft is clearly trying to clear inventory while selling other products through their gaming incentive. Keep spinning it though
@N4C
Thats like saying "yeah my GF and I are exclusive, but she only sleeps with guys I pick outside the relationship"
If its not available on one platform alone, it is not exclusive. Get over it
Not even exclusive, this game will probably get an iOS and Android launch soon as well
Actually UC2 is still the more critically acclaimed game. UC4 was great, but there was a lack of whit and charm that UC2 had, yeah you can say its more "mature" story-telling, but Henning writing makes that game a lot different from what it is in UC4.
Aside from the actual show, Microsoft had the best E3 by far. They had more than twice the number of floor demos and also had a lot more presence in outside events around Los Angeles. As a regular consumer you only see one side, but to those who watch the presentations and actually attend the show, the conference was great in providing steam to their remaining line-up of games for this year and getting people attending E3 to make the show floor much more crowded. You can jerk off to God of Wa...
@Shin
LOL oh man fanboys gone into rage mode. " They've been showing the same game for the past 3 years"
Last I checked E3 2014 didn't have Sea of Thieves, DR4, FH3, Gears 4 and so on. Yes a lot of the games were from last year's announcements however cut the exaggeration as you just look like a tool. They aren't trying to spin anything, they're attempting to show games that'll come out in the near future, mostly because they'...
Except to have a Oculus ready PC you need to spend at least $800 on a PC, Scorpio in this theory would still offer the cheaper VR entry
Ahhh if only there was some magic toolbox that let you do that. You can't prioritize the base versions because as you push graphics technology further and further, you move away from out-dated hardware and begin to compromise to meet ends. Thus its easier on developers to code on stronger hardware cause they don't have to do extra work to meet their vision.
How did Microsoft beat their own platform? LOL how does that even have a bit of sense to it? Notice how those games are still funneled into the Xbox ecosystem as you pay Microsoft every dime for the same game on the PC
It's clearly a threat as you seem to be so upset by it you needed to feel the need to say a comment on the matter LOL. None the less last time I checked both Xbox and PS have included a multitude of free games in their bundles and promotions. As for exclusives, yes the Xbox no longer has any, but it still possess a great amount of console exclusives and for a mass majority of consumers who game on console. They still won't be able to experience that library on the opposing system and ...
All I know is I can play N64 games on the Xbox One and that is freaking amazing
