Quark, Wii has completely stalled in sales; software and hardware. It hasn't even crossed 100 million unit mark yet and the PS3 and 360 haven't had their "bargain basement" price-cut either ($150 or lower). Lots of life left in previous gen systems that aren't Nintendo. Sony will end up over 100 million for sure. MS probably around that too.
I'm pretty sure that you can still make a PSN account from ANY country with a valid (or pulled from the internet) address; even order PSN cards or codes from that country to fill an international wallet. So I don't see what the big deal is.

You realize that PS developers didn't even know that they had 8 GB until February and many of these games were years in development. KZ: SF was initially made with 2-4 in mind. They can't just "presto" the whole engine to work with a greater pool of resources without building the game again.
Because there are surely caveats and small print that they don't want you to know amid all the other shit the X1 is being heaped under. Sony allows gamesharing too, but it was cut from 5 systems to 2 (still shareable by every account on 1 box, mind you).

This is coming West (stealth announced a while back), so it Atelier Meruru+. TecmoKoei rarely disappoint in localization. Say what you want about their games but their output on both sides of the ocean is commendable.
