It is a strange phenomenon that I still dont know the answer to. This game shares alot of similarities with modern AAA games: presentation, narrative focused, combat that is approachable and flashy. Those games get stellar scores for these traits, but people seem to get amnesia when reviewing this game.

It was 2.8 yesterday. The fact that it shot up that much shows that both sides are being disingenuous on metacritic user scores. Which means the negative user scores are also disingenuous. People need to stop with the negativity
Its just crazy how many people want to see them fall. All I see on YouTube are negative videos. A PlayStation channel made a video going over steam numbers being bad for the game. This madness is crazy. Lmao

If bloodborne and dark souls arent the same, then neither are starfield and fallout 4.
And yes, I have played all of them. Of course fromsoft souls games are not literally the same(they have systems and variations that differentiate them from one another), but based on the logic of those attempting to trash starfield, they might as well be the same.

People have to stop with this conspiracy. I would think it true too, if I didn’t see all of the 6/10 scores. They must not have selected carefully enough then. But even if they were being selective, I cant blame them. The gaming community is a ravenous school of greedy pirahnas that have been shown to tear things to pieces if it is not exactly the way they want it.
There are those that think every game sucks. Ive heard people crap on BG3 and call it Bulgers Gate. Mediocrity is subjective in this context.

Because thats how things are here. If we allow our selves to be bound by what we want, the attachment can cause sickness and frustration. Aim for what you want, but dont be bound by it. Someone who is bound by what they want is screaming at BioWare right now for not creating a “true” rpg. Someone who is not bound, is playing BG3 or pathfinders.
