That dont mean as much as you want it to mean. Gotta love good old confirmation bias. I guess wukong is better than BG3 because it has more sales and a much more gargantuan player count. Beating things down in melee comment is my thing, but that freaking game lulled me to sleep twice. That is extremely rare.
Dragon age :Bodyguard. Hold the L
I didnt say they were better, I said I liked them better. Difference. Rense and repeat is the name of the game with most games. The only thing BG3 had to truly mix things up are the cutscenes you get when making choices.
Well said. Here are your downvotes for speaking truth.
Yeah, cuz wukong is ass
I will admit, Taasha is clearly a political insert and does not belong in this game at all
@neutralgsmer
Variables are being missed. Data means nothing if not contextualized with other data. The sales are low, but then so were dead space remake and final fantasy 7 rebirth. You say there is more data that people dont like it, but thats not what the xbox, psn, and steam statistics show. Lower sales does not mean bad game. What you are using is something called confirmation bias. Observe further.
Indeed
General consensus is that the game is solid. Vocal consensus is that the game is trash. Never follow the vocal consensus, as they are grifter led and trained sheep.
@neutralgamer1992
You cant play an evil character in Mass Effect either. Those games are also rpgs. There are some situations where the characters get annoyed. BioWare doesn’t make traditional rpgs anymore. It is what it is.
Interest is subjective. It has me very interested. This game is great for people that like dragon age for the lore and world. Sure Taasha is not a character fit for this game, but there is a specific trait that still makes this character semi interesting. There are alot of variables contributing to the poor sales. Its most likely not “wokeness” that has directly contributed.
BioWares waning reputation, combined with the merciless grifting of people farming the negativity ar...
Inquisition had woke stuff in it too though.
The scores are not “fake”. Its called subjectivity. You are assessing a games value based on parameters that exist only in your head.
@star51
Naysayers keep trying to salvage this idea that they are being paid off. I told them they were incorrect at launch, because it does not make any sense for those who were “paid” and received early access to the game to take EAs money, then proceed to disparage the game and give it low scores. The game got quite a few 6/10 scores from those that had early access. You ask me, making an agreement and taking someones money, then giving it a low score is even grimier tha...
@Levii_92
Keep believing what you wish
I think everyone st this point can assess that the sales were poor. Just for the naysayers that will inevitably see this comment, poor sales do not automatically mean its because the game is bad. There is a possibility that its poor sales are in no small part due to people trying to trash the game, in addition to biowares damaged reputation
You like the game? Here are your downvotes for liking it.
The only thing objective here is that people want to claim subjectivity as objectivity. You dont have the power to do that. Claim godhood first, then try it.
@andy85
Yeah, people complaining about the combat being a mash fest are not thinking. On normal difficulty, I mashed my way through Origins, 2, and Inquisition. I even mashed my way through the witcher, so the “its not tactical” argument, and then comparing it to other “great” rpgs doesnt fly.I want them to crank it up to nightmare and then tell me how much mashing there is.
Ah yes, “paid” reviews. We have dismissed that claim
