Commander mode, ingame VoiP, 5man squads. Enough reasons (gameplaywise) to buy BF4 imo. But basically you are right. It's an upgrade to BF3.
Me in Germany. Fast Internet in big cities only.
But I agree. Can't remember when I bought my last disc for PC. Personally I do not have a problem with getting and owning my software via downloads, but allways online, cloudcomputing, subscription services, streaming etc. all have big flaws.
Whiny Joe.
I think they compared the original (last gen) PC(DX9) and PS3 version to the new build, released for PS4/X1/PC(DX11).
There will be videos comparing the DX11 and PS4 version soon I guess.
Edit: @memots
I am referring to the youtube video you posted to make your point.
Gotta love their DK, though.
It's also vgchartz ... so doesn't make a difference anyway.
Another example why I tend to skip most singleplayer games on launch. Wait a year and you get a definite edition. Everything is patched, balanced and all DLC included. Looks good.
No, it's not. Just confusing.
That title may go to Obsidian.
But I got no problem with two contenders following in their footsteps.
Hardline is Visceral, not Dice.
Other than that ... you may want to give BF4 another shot. Made a lot of progress and gets still infused with more maps, gamemodes, technical and balance improvements. They regained lots of my respect for the effort they put in after that desastrous launch.
Btw: they wont get my money for Hardline. Battlefront is propably next for me.
Indeed, title is clickbait. Constructive suggestion:
"Bloodborne: The pinnacle of a well-known formula"
Well deserved.
I am totally addicted to PoE in the moment. Didn't have such a blast with a RPG in years.
It's the best additional console to get.
@WitWolfy
I allways wonder about the conception that WiiU is for casual gamers. All ppl I know (or are vocal in forums) that actually own a WiiU, are enthusiasts and far from casual.
One can argue about the topic.
Apart from that - article is at least well written.
The misproportion between those remasters and truely genuine and inspired experiences for the new generation is the real problem. If there would be an abundance of great games to play every month no one would complain ... it just feels like too much filler imo.
It's funny how the reception of reviews and reviewers change in such a short time. Some ppl should take their own advice and play the game first, before praising it skyhigh ...
That's not a criticism of the game btw. It seems great fun by the looks.
God ... twinfinite again.
Title is misleading and borderline clickbait.
Article is awefully written and lacks any information, other than: there is EVE ... it's somwhow a good MMO - and Star Citizen earned a lot of money.
A perfect example of articles no one needs.
Nintendo makes fun games of high quality. If they start making games for mobile, I guess a lot of people will enjoy them. And Nintendo gets another revenue stream. Sounds like a win win situation to me.
Youtubers are a brand of their own and monetizing on it. Which is fine. But I think you are overrating their influence on the gamemarket by far. A few that are on the fence will jump on, sure. Others reassuring their purchase decisions. But that's it imo.
Companys sold their stuff quiet well before youtube existed and will continue to do so, when youtube's history one day.
