Not sure whom they are aiming for: too weak for core gamers and too nerdy for the general public. Any ideas?
Congrats, Sony. Well deserved. (The "Official PlayStation used game Instructional" video still makes me chuckle.)
Personally I am still waiting for some great exclusives to arrive. Since I've got a suitable PC, the multiplats are no reason for me to jump on.
Why not just saving/budget 50 bucks a month and buy games and consoles, when you are sure they're worth it?
That's what she said ... ?
:P
It was anything, but brilliant and an oldschool RPG.
Pls stay serious.
... which is kind of sad.
It's a feeble argument and I recommend reflecting on it. Some wonderful examples come to mind.
Stapling your knee to your armpit - awesome! ... never tried yourself? So do it and have an credible opinion.
... just kidding. Don't.
for reasons like resolution, brand loyality etc.

Same here. Intruiged, but the price is a bit too steep, especially since the first DLC is allready in planing. I think I'll wait for a complete edition. Anyone played it yet?
I think what jmc8888 was going for, is that statistical methods have their limits, which are often not pointed out. The development, execution and interpretation of a statistical analysis is not as easy as many publications and newsshows, especially in the common media, make it out to be. And most readers have no statistical knowledge and just consume the numbers. There is an unhealthy faith in numbers nowadays. "It's scientifically calculated ... must be right."
Yeah, whatever supports one opinions. It's human.

I assume sooner or later there will be some real gems and masterpieces be released on PS4. In retrospective The Order will not compare, at least gameplaywise. It's my hope, that they will raise the bar again and soon.
I value a good journalists opinion. Clickbait, fanboys and hobbybloggers is what I steer around.
"Being controversial is an editorial technique know as sensationalism which is perhaps as old as journalism itself." ... and jumping on the bandwagon.
Pseudoscientific bs. If anything: In 17% of cases paid critics differ from hobby critics.
The headline is pretty clickbait and the articles content rather feeble. But it makes an appeal for new IPs and fresh experiences on the new consoles. It got a point there imo.
Good and interesting read.
And in an era where a fetish for techspecs is prevalent, I like to emphasize their conclusion:
"In the meantime, perhaps the biggest takeaway from the survey data is that it's the Wii U owners that are having the most fun from their gaming hardware..."
Half Life 3 is also three words and consists of 9 letters, which is 3x3.
HA is also 8th and first letter, which makes 9, (3x3)
L is the 12th letter (4x3)
F is the 6th letter (2x3)
L again 4x3
I is 9th letter (3x3)
F is 6th letter (2x3)
E is turned around a 3
I also heard Gabe Newell lost some pounds and weights now 333 pounds.
Number one reasons from the report:
PS4 >>> resolution
Xbox >>> brand
WiiU >>> fun-factor
Tells it all.

They have a big party in my living room. :)
Yeah, and with Windows getting subscription based, I'll be happy to jump on SteamOS in 2-3 years, if it actually picks up enough pace.
