They really need to get their terms straight. This game is not an MMO. MMO's involve 100s and 1000s of people playing in a persistent online world. Two Worlds is not a persistent online world. It's multiplayer component is just like the majority of multiplayer games out there.... quick servers hosted by the player where the world is created specifically for the game/room.

The Wii runs quiet and cool. This product is a waste of money. I understand the PS3 and the 360 run hot and extra fans/ventilation make sense for them.... but the Wii? Come on... get real.

One game that does car clubs? Test Drive Unlimited.

There you have it.

Forza 2 still looks awesome... but I have to say I am very disapointed that they are taking car clubs out.

And I thought I had seen just about everything.

I agree with the first comment.... comparing this to rape is an insult to real rape victims.

If you don't like what's happening, petition it, contact the company and have them fix it. If they won't fix it, don't play the game. The thing these people are forgeting when they go into MMO's is that its only a game and you don't HAVE to play.

OMG OH NOEZ!!111!!eleven

Gosh, I mean....this surely MUST mean that the 360 sucks and is failing... I mean righ tguyz??!?!?!?

/sarcasm

Get over yourselves fanboys. It's all propaganda. All that matters is that you like the system you have and the games you have.

Stop debating over which company's p3n1s is bigger.

Here we go again...

I didn't call it "bad marketing". I called it a marketing monstrosity. In the sense that it is exploiting the gaming community and trying to turn video games into a competitive professional activity.

They are calling it a "sport" and calling the gamers involved "athletes". Those terms should never EVER be used in regards to a gamer.

They are using video games to sell Bawls, Mountain Dew, Compu...

This whole thing is stupid. 60 gamers..... if they average the same winnings, it comes out to about 83k per year.

I'd love to get paid 83k a year to sit on my @ss and play video games. These guys aren't "athletes" as the article describes them, nor should we be turning video games into a this marketing monstrosity.

Video games are meant to be played for fun and enjoyment. It's great these guys/girls can get paid to do it, but big business is just exp...

It's just propaganda. Criterion prefers the PS3.... Sony probably had a hand in influencing their decision.

Same reason why so many developers came out and said the 360 was easier to develop for....

Whether any of it is actually true is completely irrelevant.

The fact is, both systems can handle the physics and graphics desired.

As for the sixaxis and tilt..... who the hell cares? Everywhere I read it's nothing but complaints ab...

Not to burst your bubble, but if they don't do damage on release, day 1, there isn't going to be a patch adding damage later on. No doubt they will have already moved on towards developing GT6 and minor bug/glitch fixes for GT5.

Damage modeling and the physics needed for realistic damage is not something you can easily just patch in. It requires a game engine built with damage in mind from the ground up. If GT5 doesn't have it day one, don't expect it.

Definitely the right attitude. GT, Forza.... their both great racing simulators.

The majority of people who love Forza for what it is, a racing simulator, appreciate the damage/crashing because it adds to realism, NOT because they want to crash.

If you really care about realism and simulation, you want your opponents to be able to total their car if they make a critical error, you want them to pay for misjudging a turn and going off the track. It's not because ...

Gran Turismo was a great series. It was the best racing simulation game for a console for the longest time.

I don't see a lack of damage being a critical issue for the game. It hasn't had it in the past, and it's done very well. However, exploits and glitches that allow you to cheat because of it should be fixed.

All that being said, damage really does add to the realism and help round out a racing (or driving) simulator as a true simulator. Yes it's alot of ...

Just another instance of someone pissed off because their console broke and blowing it out of proportion or blaming it on someone else.

I downloaded the patch, I had no problems. I've never had a problem with my launch 360 <knock on wood>

Sh#t happens.

I love when people post these prices are fair and then say they never played the game.

Calculate it out. $2.08 per song * 47 songs = about $98 (None of the songs in GH1 are in GH2 otherwise).

A game that retails for $40. And they are charging over double for minor improvements and adjustments.

There's no logical justification.

I didn't like it. I'd rate it 2/5 based on the demo.

Controls were a little awkward, camera angle was awkward, graphics were mediocre.

Basically it felt like a giant XBLA title. I'd pay maybe $20-25 for it, but not $60.

Seems like a non super-hero version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

$6.25 for 3 songs.

Or... $98 for all of the GH1 songs when they eventually release them as well.

F#ck Activision, Red Octane, and Microsoft all in one. There's no good explanation for these kinds of costs considering GH1 only costs $40 right now.

He's just looking for publicity. The more controversial crap he throws in there, the more publicity he gets. Whether its negative or positive, it will boost sales.

There you go again man. When you call someone an "ignorant juvenile" you are not pointing anything out.

To call someone ignorant and juvenile and not be name-calling, you have to provide support for your claim. Your only argument is that because I disagree with you I am somehow a juvenile and ignorant.

That's not a valid point. I can say you are acting juvenile because you are allowing your emotions to get the better of you and rather than sticking t...

I disagree that it should be banned or outlawed. I disagree that Uwe Boll is stupid. I disagree that we should "keep Uwe Boll out of the states".

Your whole argument is laden with personal attacks and assumptions. I agree that the movie shouldn't be supported, but I'm not going to call people who do support it names. If they support it, that's their choice and as long as they have legitimate reasons for supporting it, I see no reason in calling them ignorant juven...
