I'm not disagreeing with the score.... but the content of the review is terrible.
First, the mage doesn't use a sword. He uses a staff. Second, the mage is not the only class that people should play and while there are some balancing issues, one can do well with any class if you know how to play it.
The demo is a lot of fun once you get used to the advantages and disadvantages of each class. It is even better if you go in with friends and work as a team.
I too, am sick of the senseless crap on this site. However, until the moderators/administrators step up and manage the approval and reporting policies better, it isn't going to change. There's no age or maturity requirement to be a member.
It's a love-hate relationship. I don't have a PS3, but I am an achievement wh#re on the 360.
With just shy of 50,000 gamerscore I find myself pushing more and more for obscure achievements just to hit that meaningless milestone.
On the one hand, I love that people can see what I've done in games. On the other hand, I hate that I sometimes play a game just for the achievements.
But it's definitely a little bit of an OCD/perfectionist problem.
Completely off topic.....
And Blu-ray copy protection has been cracked as well.

Insert foot in mouth
GTA is not a playstation Franchise.
You may want to talk to the PC. It has some choice words for you.
"read and heard personally from people" that's opinion... not fact. That's hearsay, not primary source.
This article should not be classified as "news". It's utter rubbish.
It's a shame that so many people base their statements on opinions. It was said earlier, but I'll say it again for emphasis.... Nowhere in this article does the author provide any support for the claim that the PS3 version is "undoubtedly superior".
And unless you have both systems (or might buy the other system), you shouldn't care.
The game is fun, if you like Turn Based Strategy games. If you are a die hard FPS or RTS fan, you may not like it.
It's not going to win any awards, but it's got some interesting concepts and it fills a niche that is sadly lacking.
I started to notice that their articles were a little exaggerated. They would post one article like "OMG R* screws MS!!!!!!" then the next day.... "OMG R* doesn't really screw MS they screw Sony!!!!!!"
It just got really annoying and now while I still tend to read the site (only when it comes up on N4G), I take it with a grain of salt.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Sony. =/
They constantly delay things and cut features. Look at any of their online products for examples. It's a shame.
Hopefully when it does finally come out, it will be what it needs to be to force Microsoft to put more effort into Xbox Live.
Seems fake to me. Remember when Halo 3 was coming up there were stories about people camping weeks in advance and they turned out to be completely false.
I understand that it may help bridge the gap in hardware between the PS3 and the 360, but it's not going to be enough to close the gap completely and you can't ignore the fact that the 360 still has the highest software attach rates, which is where Sony and MS will make the most money in the long term.
Hardware sales will definitely help grow the install base, but unless Sony can convince people to buy more games, it's a meaningless victory.
I hardly call this Rockstar screwing Microsoft. It assumes alot.
And considering analysts are predicting that the 360 version will outsell the PS3 version at a 2-1 ratio, it is pretty presumptuous to claim that this is going to break MS.
It might make the PS3 version look a little better, but in terms of shear install base, the 360 still has the upper hand by far.
Really this looks like a sad attempt to push a feminist agenda by trying to link it to video games through an incident that really isn't a gaming related incident.
The weapon used was a game controller, but there's never been any indication that gaming was a catalyst to this crime. It might as well have been a rock, a bottle or a club.
This shouldn't even be on n4g. Just because the site is called "feministgamer" doesn't mean it's gaming related.
Unlike all those previous Apple trademark disputes, this isn't a true lawsuit, and Apple hasn't sued anyone -- the city of New York has filed a trademark application for the GreeNYC apple-shaped logo with the Patent and Trademark Office, and Apple has filed its opposition to that application. That's an important part of the trademark registration process, actually: every single trademark application has to go through a 30-day opposition period during which interested third parties can raise t...
Oh I agree that a HDD should be required..... but if they phase out the no HDD SKUs and then add a blu-ray SKU, what's to stop them from doing the same with DVDs?
I know it's a bit of an extreme example and it would be unlikely to happen. But there's always the possibility that X developer will decide they want to release a blu-ray game then and I doubt MS would stop them.
Rumors don't show anything. I'm sure there are some 360 owners who want Blu-Ray, but if they already own a 360, they're going to be reluctant to buy a new 360 just for Blu-Ray.
Besides, if MS does a Blu-Ray version, it's going to open them up to all kinds of criticism and you open yourself up to developers making blu-ray games for the 360 and alienating a large portion of the install base.
The whole multiple SKU bullsh#t that both companies are pulling is ridicu...
I'm sorry, but trying to trick people into wasting money is not "nice".
People need to remember to check the sources..... but just because someone is gullible, doesn't mean you should play mean tricks on them. Visit xbox.com. Check the xbox live announcements/forums. There's nothing there.
Worst April Fool's prank ever. I will not be visiting Xboxfocus.com ever again.
I concur.... seems very much like an April Fool's joke.
I checked cnn.com's business, tech and entertainment sections and got nothing.
Chances are, if this was legit, it would be much bigger news than some random site.
I've just begun working on Time Trials and Hard but haven't touched Speed Runs yet.
My friend and I were going back and forth on times for Playground 1. I've managed to drop down to 57 seconds, but I'm sure he'll beat that soon and I'll feel compelled to go back and race his ghost over and over again until I beat him.
Its great fun and I've never really enjoyed leaderboards before. But I find myself drawn to the game and the challenge.
