Take-Two is not "the devs". They are the publisher. The publisher does not determine which version will be better.
Can anyone post a link to T2 saying this? I have yet to see anything to back it up other than "he said she said".
Both versions will be great. Leave it at that. This is just some random person posting extreme opinions to leech off the GTA hype in the hopes of generating page hits.
I question this guy's motives. He's part of YoYo Games which he mentions would benefit from this and would then be on the same level and scale as EA.
Sounds to me like he's just trying to generate buzz and attention.
The trailers have all been "the game in action". It's not a video walkthrough of the demo or anything like that, but it's still in game footage.
360 normally still has HDD caching if the user has an HDD. =)

Where the heck does it say there will be no new Madden game in 2009? I know there is a new Madden game coming in August of 2008 (Madden 2009), but the only thing I've heard is that EA is changing the name of the Madden franchise after that to something else.
They are still going to release a new football game every year in August. It just won't be called "Madden".
This week has been hell on me. Almost no information on multiplayer and then suddenly over the course of a couple days, leaked multiplayer screens, then the map, now this OXM article.... and if that's not bad enough..... a new trailer tomorrow.
When will the pain end???? Oh yea..... April 29th. Until then, I'll have to find a way to freeze myself and wake up on the 29th.

Just because you are 23 and unmarried doesn't mean video games are to blame. Women are much more focused on having a career now than ever before and many women chose to hold off on relationships and marriage simply because they feel it will hinder their career.
There's so many factors that are effecting what this author claims to be signs of maturity and adulthood that he completely ignores by making a blanket claim against video games.

I know everyone wants it to work perfectly and has some sense of entitlement by having a key..... but it's still just a giant stress test.
EA is going to have few servers and overload them til they break. Then they'll add more hardware and more servers and overload them til they break.
They'll keep doing that until they figure out the best configuration so that this doesn't happen when the game launches.
You know, there are plenty of gamers that are into politics and "grown up".
Every generation, people like this crop up and find something to blame for all the world's problems.
Video games are just the next target in the ongoing "who can we blame" battle.

ps3 controller fix - (no quotes) - 1,350,000
Either way, I wasn't really trying to say one controller was better than another. I was just pointing out that there were many people unhappy with both controllers for plenty of reasons.

The article makes an interesting point..... 307,000 (though I got 310,000) results on google when you type in "360 controller fix".
Funny though... I did the same thing with "PS3 controller fix" and I got over 1 million results.

I have played about 50 hours of Viva Pinata total.... so I have quite a bit of experience with it.
You do get a larger garden over time. I forget the intervals, but every so many garden levels, you are given an increase in land.
The game is very repetitive and you are mostly right that it is the same thing at a few hours as it is at a few hundred hours.

PC's have more going for them than just a mouse and keyboard. If you are just talking about gaming, then sure a console is a good choice over a PC.
But there are plenty of things that cannot be done on a console that can only really be done on a PC.
