@TheOptimist and @Starchild
No, no, no, no. The selling of used games is not ANYWHERE NEAR piracy.
When you buy a game new, a profit is made on it. Selling that game to someone else doesn't equate to lost profit; that's the case for ANY used item. If it were illegal, then the second-hand market wouldn't be so big. The initial sale has already been made, case closed.
Now, if you burn a copy of the disc and sell it, THEN that ...
"All of the new gaming VR headsets feature motion control options" - Third paragraph.
" While there are a lot of VR titles that can be played with a standard controller, the most immersive experiences all require you to use a pair of motion controllers." - Seventh paragraph.
Next time try reading the full article and not the excerpt.
Your opinion, mate.
Doesn't affect my paycheck.
And where is the salt exactly? I wrote about it's obviously relevant. If you don't like it, good for you, but that doesn't change the fact that I stated nothing but the truth.
Classic Controller, Classic Controller Pro, Gamecube Controller. You were saying?
And please enlighten me as to how many people actually know about the console you mentioned? It's great that your knowledge of systems is so robust, but if you asked the average Joe if they've ever seen/heard of the Xavix, they'll probably look at you as if you were crazy.
The Wii managed to bring it to the forefront on a worldwide scale.
It's quite obvious you didn't read the article.
Last time I checked, Wii MotionPlus technology was released back in 2009, which brought 1:1 functionality to the controllers. Had you read the article and not replied "like a sarcastic little child", then this comment would have had no need to be written.
Assetto Corsa just released a few weeks ago. Then there's Project CARS that came out last year, and Gran Turismo: Sport comes out next year.
Everytime I see a comment like this, I gotta laugh. Because you want to be selfish, you think it's best that Nintendo appeals to your own desires and release their games on rival platforms.
I'm sure some PS fans want to play Forza Horizon 3 or Gears of War 4, so are you gonna plead for Microsoft to release their exclusives on PlayStation? I'm sure some Xbox fans would love to play Uncharted 4 or Gran Turismo Sport, so are you gonna plead for Sony to release thei...
Because I felt like writing about it. Is that a problem? It's been well over a year and a half and nothing has changed, yet, there are dozens of articles per week about the NX. So really, complaining doesn't make any sense.
Well, they have been trying to get younger minds at the front lines. For instance, Miyamoto stated a while back that Splatoon is a product of many young developers. Seeing that it was so successful, I think we should expect to see more projects from younger crews.
Yes, I was replying to Mr. Tretton's comments in the article.
In the long term, the Wii was not successful (its userbase was not dedicated), but financially it did remarkably well. Say what you want, but it doesn't change the fact that Nintendo made the most profits from its hardware last generation than Sony and Microsoft.
I think it depends on the person. Some people have a hard time separating fantasy from reality, so when they see highly violent media, it could send their imagination into overdrive and inspire them to try it. Obviously not everyone who plays games like CoD, DOOM, Mortal Kombat, and GTA are going to try and mimic what they see in those games, but if they play them and enjoy it, that shows that they do get excited by violence. That doesn't make them a violent person, but they do like it. G...
The PS4 and Xbox One are three years old, why would it be cheaper?
I get that, but the comparison still makes no sense. It's a home console versus a handheld. Both haven't done all that hot in sales, but they each have dedicated user-bases that have bought the games and enjoyed the systems.
"Articles" like this only exist for the sole purpose to start firefights, not inform.
And the point is what, exactly?
A handheld outselling a home console is the norm in most cases. They're being targeted at two different markets, so I'd love to know how this comparison was even fathomable. The Vita launched before the Wii U and it has always costed less. Again, what is the point of comparing the two? How about you compare the Vita to the 3DS? They're both handhelds, they're both going after the same market, THAT'S where a comparison need...
All of that is true, but those do not qualify as being "hybrid systems". Those were all separate individual handhelds and home consoles that could be connected to each other. A true hybrid system is one machine that plays both roles.
Shows how great your life is....

TIME
It's been almost a year and a half.....I don't think there's ever been a period of no information an upcoming system as long as this. Nintendo, you better but on the best damn show ever.
