The "Legend of Dragoon series"? There was only one game, seriously overrated by fans.
Ha! I hadn't even thought of this! Weird.
Yes! Can't wait for this!
Left 4 Dead Episode 1 confirmed.
I actually think this looks pretty great. I was expecting Mafia Wars or Farmville or something. I'd definitely play this.
Hmmm, I can't see a KH character featuring in a mascot brawler. There were none in Playstation Allstars, I doubt we'll see one in SSB. The series is too spread across multiple platforms to really feature in an exclusive like this.
I hope the Ps4 gets it eventually.
Also Deadly Premonition 2. Just started playing the first one for the first time on my Ps3 and it's blowing me away. Cannot stop playing it. The thought that there's likely going to be a sequel is just so exciting.
Also, Swery did some of the design work for Tomba 2 also. I hope he and Tokuro Fujiwara get together someday and make a third. That would be a dream come true.
I'm using it sort of broadly to refer to the general naming of things within the game, as well as various terms.
For instance, Winglies, The Moon that never sets, Virage, the 108th fruit, the rouge arts, Endiness. Just all these arbitrary, try-hard, wannabe rpg names.
Even the names of the characters just grate. Dart Feld? What is that even supposed to mean? Melbu Frahma? Give me a break. Haschel's gotta be the worst. All the names just smack of tryi...
Allstars is done. It had potential but it was a fumble ultimately.
As for Legend of Dragoon, well, I'd play a second one because I'd expect it to be much better than the turd that was the first one, but I will never play the first one ever again. God that game is overrated by fans. Critics completely hit the nail on the head. Nonsense dialogue, amateur music, dreadful imitation of a story not to mention nomenclature, broken battle system, and one dimensional character...
The Vita really is a lovely handheld. I don't like how it kind of buys into the whole smartphone vibe though. I know it's not a phone, but the whole interface and vibe of the thing looks and feels like some kind of smartphone. Still, it's a great little thing and it's got so much potential. I hope it gets more support.
I'd be fine with oldies coming back if the level design was as good if not better than DDD. I'm not sure I could hack KH I Olympus Coliseum and Agrabah ever again, they just got duped way too much across all the games, as did the music.
I'd like to see a Jungle Book level, or maybe even the glorious return of the Deep Jungle, new and improved.
I'm also hoping we get to go to the World of Darkness (spoilers) to save Aqua. Ever since we caught a...
I'd say it's a certainty, especially since KH III is likely to come out after XV.
Effin knew it. I'm telling you, Sony's outlook isn't that different to MS'. The only difference is that Sony didn't go in all guns blazing. I definitely prefer the Ps4 and what it has to offer, but people shouldn't be under the impression that Sony are somehow angelic, or that they're "saviours".
Been following this on neogaf... pretty sure it was more or less debunked. It's still a little suspicious though.
I don't want a digital collection of games because I'll never really OWN them. Publishers and Sony will use licences to eventually take the game off me and make me pay for it again. It's a simple and effective means of securing reasonably stable profits on game sales, but it's also bullshit. I had respect for this guy, but this is a really shitty opinion. I'm not willing to sell my rights to corporations just because of a bunch of shiny-looking games. If games go all digit...
Wellll, it says more that a Final Fantasy villain is consistently the hardest boss in the game. Side-quests in rpgs are always how you fight superbosses.
I wish they'd include some Final Fantasy worlds in these games. Seems obvious. I'm absolutely sick of the sight (and sound) of Olympus Coliseum. Although I suppose all the Final Fantasy characters are supposed to have come from Hollow Bastion... Annoying that.
I hope they retain those command style thing from BBS and DDD. They seem to be retaining the flowmotion thing from DDD albeit in a better form. One thing about battles in KH is that they've gotten progressiv...
I suppose it's one way to play them, but I'd definitely play them in the order they were released, seems more rewarding and intriging that way.
You just know that they'd try and tie a new timeline back to the original eventually though. Just to blow our minds.
So wait, if I'm playing my games on an X1 without a connection they won't perform as well due to the lack of connection to the cloud??
Also relying on the cloud for game performance seems like it would eat into your bandwidth and dl limit...
