First time I've ever heard of this game. Not so gutted.
SURELY that depends on the game. What an absurd generalization.
I know it annoys people to hear this, but slash the price of the Vita for christ sakes. It's the reason I haven't been able to get one.
This movie was made to be a game, but the kind of game I wish the videogame industry would grow out of.
Spyro, Crash, Cloud, Abe, Dr. Don & Dr. Dan, Lara Croft, Gabe from Syphon Filter and Snake need to be in this to make it complete, but it's totally possible that we won't see any of those...
Also Tombi, Croc and Gex but they might be a little bit obscure.
Fingers crossed very tightly.
Doesn't automatically make it a good idea or something.
And words also have connotations. Certain definitions of words aren't as widely recognised as others. People largely associate the word tryst not with it's other definitions, but with the particular definition I mentioned.
I played the first one at a friends house for like an hour recently and I don't really see what the fuss is. Maybe it gets better but it was a bit of a yawnfest to be honest. Oh and I didn't like the look of it either. Hate that chunky WoW-like, hyper colourful graphical style. The story seemed pretty lame / naff too.
Uh, Tryst = "an appointment to meet at a certain time and place, especially one made somewhat secretly by lovers."
Haha, do the developers of that game even realize this? Seems like they think they made up the word or something because they think it reads and sounds like something potentially sci-fi.
We know they're working on the first two, the third is pretty likely to come out eventually and forget the fourth, it doesn't need to be done.
Things that need to be made before a VII remake is what this article should have dealt with.
Versus XIII, KH3, XIII-3, FFXV, V & VI Remakes, VII-2 and that rumoured XII sequel that might be bull. After those they can make a VII remake, but I won't buy it.
The G-man? Hello??
You can say that indie games are pretentious when they do stuff like this, but they're coming at it from a different angle. They're well aware they're making a dated looking game, whereas a developer on the nes would have had no choice. Indie developers who make games like this generally have pretty good reasons for doing it. Saying they're pretentious is just being a bit of a philistine.
Everyone in Skyrim is an asshole, and I think that's kind of the point. The developers must be very cynical.
Fool.
Liberation's the only one I care about on that list.
Final Fantasy Type-0 and Time Travelers should be on there too.
Oh also that unannounced Shin Megami Tensei game.
This guy needs to get a real job. I just hope he doesn't get paid more than anybody who actually contributes to humankind.
I'm 100% certain we'll get Versus XIII at TGS. Maybe even some teasers for KH3 and XIII-3. Oh and X HD.
As much as it pains me to say it, just be patient.
Totally agree with ChunkyLover53. All the Nolan Batman films (in fact, most nolan films with the exception of The Prestige) are complete crap imo.
I'd implore people to read this: https://www.facebook.com/#!...
Depends on the game, come on people. You can't just divide into to have stories or not to have stories. There are lots of great games with and without stories, and there's no reason why game designers shouldn't be pushing to achieve exceptional fun and storytelling in games.
That said, I think most people don't even realize just how much better storytelling could benefit games, and that's why they don't think it's necessary. We've been given to...
