It's mainly because I can drop an old GFX card that probably out does the PS3 and the 360 together GFX wise and drop in a new ATi duel 5890 GFX card or 2 and simply play games over 6 screens, if the game can support that sort of res.
PC gaming is the bleeding edge currently consoles are getting games as they can some what compare to old PC game standards but I reckon by the end of the year the PC will start getting games again because the tech is there.

I got a launch one works fine, also got a 2gen one as well works fine.
MS don't want to directly bear the costs of making games, they aren't a content provider like sony.
Also MS buys out companies only for the start then hopes game companies will support the system, then after the 2nd or 3rd year dumps all the companies in the bin, not release them but actually shuts them down so they can't keep going.

This UBIsoft DRM isn't though, if you aren't online then it doesn't work.
If you are behind a firewall that blocks the ubisoft DRM servers then you can't play the game.

The big problem with Natal is it's a fad. The wii has become a fad as well it's great for a kid as they want to pretend chuck stuff around the place etc or maybe at a party but that's it.

Normal size for MMO's for me is between 8 and 12gig even after the newest updates.
How ever if the dev isn't too crash hot you'll get something like Age of Conan and it'll be around 50gigs before the 1st expansion is even out.
