Not sure what you are even asking. E3 is literally the biggest press event for the gaming industry. It isn't just for announcing brand new things. They have a crap ton of games coming out in 2017. E3 is a place to try them out.
Sony eventually will give in. This is anti-gamer from all angles.
The point is, you can brag about "power" all you want, but the PS4 Pro will still put out the best looking games this generation.
