Yes. Consoles are always weaker than PC. Consoles are about value. PS4 is approaching 4 years old and it is and will continue to put out games that are better looking than most of what PC offers.

No Paytaa, t won't do that. It will help existing games hit their target FPS or dynamic resolution.... but it won't make them go higher than intended.. If a game is locked at 30 fps, Scorpio at best will make it easier to hit that(instead of dropping like some games do). It isn't going to boost it higher.
Same for resolution. If a game has dynamic resolution, Scorpio will make it easier to hit the higher resolutions. But it isn't going to make 1080p all...
