They are charging you full price for the game when all other 1 TB bundles still cost $400 with a game. You're paying $100 extra just for an upgrade to LE game (which is only $40 extra).

The Forza 6 bundle also comes with custom skin, custom controller and startup sounds.

So, as far as I can tell you are paying $100 extra for the a digital limited edition copy of the game (which is only $40 more worth).

ODST was the lowest, but I didn't include it because Bungie was forced by Microsoft to turn it into a full game. It was just supposed to be DLC. Even Reach scored better than 4, and that was another game forced by MS. Bungie only ever wanted a trilogy with the Master Chief.

Wasn't Halo 4 the worst of the series? Doesn't seem like they changed it for the better compared to what Bungie was doing.

Sorry, but I don't understand the logic in buying a system because they saved all their big games for the holiday period.

If you're buying a system based solely on the games that will release in the remainder of 2015, go ahead and buy the Xbox One. Not a smart way to make a decision in my opinion.

I shouldn't have said they were wrong. I just wanted to clarify the different situations.

In this particular case, the kickstarter never reached the initial goal... so you would get your refund.

When EDMIX said if "the consumer doesn't get what they wanted, its refunded"... that isn't completely true.

I believe the guys above are wrong on this. If the kickstarter fails to meet the initial funding goal, yes you will receive a refund.

However, if the goal is met, the money is given to the project owner. At that point Kickstarer will not refund you. The project owner is legally obligated to finish the project. If they don't, you would have to take legal action unless the project owner themselves give you a refund or something.
