- PS5 will only support 100 PS4 games for BC. False.
- PS5 doesn't support PS4 save files. False.

- PS5 has no boost mode. False.
- PS5 can't handle 4K/60fps. False.

Right exactly. Microsoft has not said it will be updated. Now the fan boys are confused. "Do we defend this by saying it hogs resources or do we defend it by saying it will be ready by launch?"

I thought the 2 issues I read about were:
1) The expansion card was hot to the touch
2) The system was putting out a lot of heat even when it was in low-power mode, which would be unusual.

He's developed for consoles his whole life. Consoles achieve superior optimization by having limited configurations. When you start to have designing for scaling, you lose optimization. So he knows full well what he is talking about. Devs don't normally have to worry about scaling for consoles. PS4 Pro and One X broke that mold on consoles mid-gen. Now Microsoft is starting off next-gen as well with that. A lot of people don't like that. They want a full-next gen leap.
