Best case scenario for me would be when you buy the physical you get a copy of the digital as well. Similar to what indie box does. unfortunately, way too mny people would give away one of those copies.
I've had come across 2 different situations where each showed their advantages. I bought dragon age inquisition at launch, physical. I held off on dlc until it was all out and bundled together. I got the goty edition for cheaper than buying all dlc separately. I we...
I'll grab it. Guess I could just buy it now on PC, but I played rapture on PS4 and I have plenty to play between now and release.
As much as I loved everybody's gone to the rapture, I'm definitely picking this one up. must buy for me.
That was funny. Though I always thought that each numbered entry was the last fantasy adventure of that world. By that I mean FF4 was Cecil's final great adventure, FF7's was Cloud's and so on. Of course later entries started up with direct sequels so that blew my thought process out of the water, but oh well.
poor golden abyss
Shut up Meg.
Depends on what "Sony" is referring to. If they say Sony but are using it as short for "Sony big wigs" or something of that sort, then it's fine.
If they say it referring to the company as a single entity, then you're right.
A friend suggested this one and it was true. Go on a video game forum's page and ask for a list of easy platinums and someone will without fail say dark souls.
Can't really say I care too much. way too many games with low scores that I enjoyed for me to be swayed by one like this. I'll wait on a reviewer with tastes similar to my own before I factor a score in my purchase decision.
But I just bought it last week...
I saw a youtuber try this and the only way he was able to get it cheaper was by getting used parts and free parts. Sony is mass producing and buying in bulk at contracted pricing. Joe Schmoe getting a better deal at retail seems unlikely.
Honestly, I'd prefer they delay some these announcements rather the games.
Announce your game, sure, but hold off on putting a date until you're reasonably sure you can make it.
Double edged sword. You start walking a fine line with too many delays. You risk hype dying off leading to less sales (or people waiting until it's on sale), or the opposite, hype gets so huge that there's no way a game can live up to it.
They won't because they don't need to. I'm sure the calculation was done that the number of people essentially forced to sign up because of multiplayer is more than enough to make up for any disgruntled plus members that sign up for the games. Combine that with the fact that they're so far out in the lead compared to X1, and I doubt they see a reason to offer anything but indies. Because for all gamers' complaining about getting nothing but indies, barely anyone is canc...
Oh, evolve. That looks like a game my teenage son my like for his birthday. and it's on sale? hmmm. At that price I hope it's not a bad game. Let me just check a gaming website to look at a review... Hmm, IGN, they seem to be the big dog in this world... and a 9! wow, little Jimmy will love this!
@dante and if it was $450 you'd be saying it should be $400 without the camera and $450 with.
Maybe that's how it starter but evolved into something more.
Dang, straight to fanboy nonsense huh?
I'm out of snickers
well we're not all like this d-bag. in fact a lot of us are embarrassed by the "master race". they give the rest us pc gamers a bad name
Well the plan was to approach dontnod with the money and beg them to make the game. Which is still just as absurd. Think about it. "Hey dontnod, here's $20,000, please make life is strange 2. Oh, and when you do, you have to give this list of people free copies of the game, and this other list of people get to do voice acting for some of the characters, you have no say. we promised it on kickstarter."
