Assuming you didn't like the deal MS made, your plan is to get as many PS gamers as possible to buy second hand, wait on the bargain bin, etc. Let's say everyone follows your lead. What message are you truly sending? because what Square will hear is "Playstation gamers didn't buy tomb raider in the numbers we expected. Thank Goodness we made that deal with MS and now have that extra cash to soften the blow of not meeting PS4 sales expectations. Make the deal again next ...

I remember when this game was first announced, there was an article on here that was hyping it as "the witcher in space". seeing the reviews is never enough to stop me from buying a game, but it is enough to give me pause to wait for a sale or rent before buying. and Technomancers reviews have done just that for me. From the little I've seen, there's no way this comes close to the witcher. But who knows, maybe it'll surprise me.
I agree on the NEO, disagree on the scorpio. I hate these mid gen upgrades. Someone said they believe these are closer to the concoles they wanted this gen to originally be but because we console gamers aren't willing to fork out the cash, they had to wait to release them. I hope for that to be the case and a one time deal that they learn from so that this is not the new standard of PS4, then 4.5, then PS5, followed by 5.5, and so on.

@epic Have people been saying that there are no xbox one exclusives because they're also coming to the scorpio and the slim? I thought they were saying that because they were also coming to PC, an entirely different platform.

I think they had to be the digital versions. I can't remember exactly, but I think they were afraid of you keeping disc 1 and giving away disc 2 and someone gets a free copy of the game, multiply that by lord knows how many times it would happen and publishers would not be happy.

I can only speak for myself, but I for one am not bother by product placement at all. Seeing a main character drinking a coke isn't going to make me throw my Dr. Pepper out the window and run to the store. Heck, most of the time I don't even notice product placement until someone points it out.
