I'm one that's not too fussed as to what is in a Collectors Edition, so long as I can grab one and put it aside, and get a second hand unit to play. As believe it - or not, some become valuable - after time. Like many things that are "collectable" they require time to become scarce of desirable.

I loved this one the big screen the other week, and the only thing I hope is, that the idiotic gamers that think all movies from games need to be a full representation of the game don't start banging on and rubbishing the movie.

Why even go there in your comment - this is about the game on the PS3, how good it is, and you pick something that is about not being on the ps3 to flame things up .. Why not comment some constructive thought about the actual game . . . hmmm . .

We hold off that .5 for any game, unless it appeals to "all the family" as gaming is meant to be a shared experience with the family, well - it was when I last looked.
Even MGS4 on our site didn't get a 10/10, it got a 9.8/10 when we were doing incremental scoring, but now it would fetch a 9.5/10.

errr umm it's 9.5/10 . . I think that's damn high . . we no longer do .1 markings . . and no game, unless it's 'exceptional' is ever given a 10/10 on OXCGN, we've only ever given one 10/10 score out on any game.

Thanks mate, we're gamers first and foremost at OXCGN, which is what we attempt to get across to gamers of all ages.
Sadly, there are those on both sides of the fence that disagree, sad thing is, they miss out on a great game experience, whether it's a PS3/Sony fan missing out on a great 360 experience, or a strictly 360 fanboy missing out on something excellent like this.
Now all I have to do is swing a PS3, and I'll be a happy little camper indeed. (Notes the Uncharted PS3 Slim Bundle . . hmmmm ponders)
There's only a few games on the PS3 that really get me, and a few on the horizon that have me nice and excited. This is one of them.

You can redeem it to a storage device I believe, and then download it to your HDD . . thing is, you have to ask for it, and it's not something that is done easily and simply for the lay-person . . .
But you're right, the need for DLC being online can stop some, and we need to remember, that 50% of console users do NOT go online.
