It was actually, and while wrestling is not my bag, it's still a fun thing to participate in, and the games not that bad, even if it isn't real.

Although, seeing the various scares and cuts they often get, I'd say some of it certainly is.

Well the Summo guy was kinda friendly, and there were a few tussles in the ring, friendly ones of course.

But these nights are a heap of fun, andit's amazing how all the different publications get on together, unlike other media groups which seem to stick to their own little groups.

So it's nice to see and be at these things.

I think so, but whatever it is, it's a good brain teaser

Oh, and several others. Thing is, especially of late, I don't get much chance to play any XBLA titles . . . but when I do, Snooker is one favourite, and funnily enough, Brain Train is heaps of fun as well.

Me to, I didhear that there was talk about one of the developers muttering about how they 'could have a female in say wwII etc" as a possible alternative, the reference was made with regards to someone asking how far will the game go . . .

So I suppose it could be that in a few games it could get to that period, as that would mean a HUGE jump in time if we went from the current situation, straight to WWII.

Not sure if I will like this, or not, as I'm not a HM lover, that's for sure, but I'm going to rent it and see what it's like. Personally I find that a much better way of checking a game out than buying it then returning it, saves everyone a lot of hassles.

Jack Black has a weird sense of humour, so it will be interesting to see how he's used it in here.

If you recall from the Dev Diaries that have been out for a while now, teh game is about how Eizo is trying to get his Mother out of prison, and avenge the death of his father.

Remember, Eizo is a "reluctant" assassin's, being brought into it through the fact his father was murdered, forcing him to use his fathers gear and ideas, team up with Leonardo and use his machines like his father did.

Remember the sceen in the game trailer where he shots the officia...

As mentioned, many of the tracks take a heck of a long time to create, and some have not had the liceinces approved until late in development, so working on the actual tracks is not permitted until all the dots are dotted and T's are crossed by the powers to be. Then they have to assault the tracks in physical form, measuring every 500 mm (1/2 mtr) along the track and sides of the tracks, modeling the surroundings etc for fine details, and using stalite photography and areal topography for tr...

Me neither, but hey, while I love the game, there's some bloody annoying things about it I simply do not know how they slipped through.

Like the driver not moving his hands AT ALL in the game, other than steering. Every other driving game I know has hands changing gears, some look great and match the gear changes very realistically, some are a tad delayed, but at least they give you the gamer a sense that the driver is somewhat real.

NOT in Forza 3, bloody rediculiou...

Couldn't agree with you more there mate, try the Veryon on the Almafi coast, shivvvers, it's almost impossible to maintain, the best cars for that cset of tracks, which there are a huge number of, the ones on the coast, not the others in Spain, are the smaller more agile cars, the $=4wd's etc, that are not high powered.

They seem to get throughthe courses easier due to better gearing and smaller size (dahh) even though the Veyron is a bloody small car, it still has a wide footpri...

Sorry mate, regions are locked, otherwise the guys in Nth America would have been buying the PAL version a week ago when it was released on the 22/23rd in all PAL regions. For "some" strange reason only known to Turn 10 and MS, the NTSC one was held off until the 27th (US time frame), so we effectively had it 6 days before Nth AMerica. Odd as it sounds.

Like I said mate in the article, I do it approx every few months. It does clear the cache and any stored uploaded updates for games you may have owned, or still own.

You will be prompted to DL the update should you decide to play the game again, but if you don't play it, that area is now free.

I have found it helped on of my 360 stay a live a lot longer than it should have, as I had a release model that persisted for almost 2 yrs before handing in the towel (no, I d...

well you'd better tell that to GamesBasement, who've been selling the 25o gig Forza 3 bundle like hot cakes on the morning they were baked. Plus GAME have been doing a bloody great trade on the game (sales) and my local got me to do a DVD for them to play in-store to promote it even more.

Like all games, some love it, some hate it . .unlike you, I just don''t bash games I dislike. Each to their own I suppose

Sorry mate, see above comment, stuck it in the wrong reply section.

But just to clarrify things a little, there's a difference between a Circuit and a Track in racing. A circuit is the location of the place, the Racing Circuit so to speak. The tracks are the different layouts or 'tracks' that are at the different circuits.

Like the Le Mans Circuit, yet it has at least 3 'tracks' within it's bounds.

Top Gear have used El Toro Air base in teh past, which is what Forza 3 team used to make up Benchmark High Speed Ring. It incorporates a total of 16 different configurations including 2 drag strips.

6011d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

actually, there's 13 "Circuits that are new, 11 that have returned, making that 24 "Circuits" with a total of 136 "tracks" all up at this time, and there's at least 2 more DLC track packs that I know of.

So currently, when you load the game, then the Release Date Legendary Pack, you'll have 136 "tracks" all up, from 24 Circuits.

That make sense?

No disrespect meant mate, but I have spent the last 3-4 days working non-s...

Don't count Bathurst out just yet.

The licensing for the V8 Supercars came in really late in the development, so no tracks could be worked on, but don't be surprised to see some later on, as well as the 2 main ones from Nurburgring, the F1 and the Short F1 course, both are absent from the game atm.

One tricky track will be the entire Amalfi coast one and the full Fujimi Kaido, as those two would be the most twisty in all the game, and I don't think there's a straight...

I know IROC didn't die, as seen by the great IROC inspired VW's at the bottom of the article, but it was a sad day in American Muscle Car history when they stopped producing these fun things.

True, but I'm talking TIME . . I have some games on the 1st-gen Xbox that are still sealed, and have been offered $200 for them, I sold a Xbox 1st-Gen console for $AU900.

There are pros and cons of "collecting" . . . one of the cons is - having to hold onto things a long time for them to eventually gain value - in the collectors corners of the world. not the gamers corners.

An example is, having all 4 sealed and mint Halo box sets and offer them as a bundle...
