...How does it feel to be that stupid? Does it hurt? Are you able to function like a normal human? No? That's to bad.
No, it's just a pretty banal game.
Except Gears has MP, it has Horde mode, it has CooP. So you know if I buy The Order at 79.99 +13% tax or Gears 4 at 79.99 +13% Tax, what do you think I'm going to look at more fondly? The game that I finished once and had no reason to ever put the disk back into the console, or the game where I could play Coop with friends, or Horde mode or the MP?
If you guys bought The Order when it was super discounted, that's cool. I'm glad for you, but nothing about that ga...
Days gone doesn't have the Zombies making tactical decisions, they basically operate like water. It's not about rendering that many characters on screen, it's about making them move and operate like a person in a war would. That's much harder than a bunch of zombies running towards a sound source.
Then you started saying "Gritty dark and dirty" and you pretty much lost me, the games have always been dark and gritty I'm really not sure what yo...
Graphic fidelity combined with that much AI doesn't bode well for performance I'm afraid. I eeven think your less than 50 enemies is a bit generous. There was a game called Darkest of Days that attempted this kind of larger scale battles but with a heavy LoD and AI dumb as rocks, it's pretty difficult to stick 100 enemies in an environment and have them all operate intelligently or at least like Humans.
If you want BIG battles a concession is going to made, and ...
@UCForce
You're really twisting what MT's are, they can be all kinds of currency or boosts, but buying a skin is still a MICRO transaction. I've spent a boatload of money in Dota 2 over the years, yet I still have every item I've ever purchased so are they micro transactions or DLC? Like everything MT's or PDLC can all be done right, and done wrong. You list TF2 as an example, the skins and emblems are what allows that game to have the free content that ...
The PS4 is loaded with all types of games, there is no such thing as to much of anything.
The set up for Shadow Fall was unbelievably stupid, yes let's forcibly evict our citizens and give them like 5 minutes notice...if you're to slow a Helghan might gun you down. Now let's put economic sanctions on these people, we also shouldnt keep an eye on Helghan, nothing could possibly be happening there.
I really love the design of the enemies, weapons, environments etc. The issue lies around almost everything else to varying degree of severity.
Okay so it was 3v3 or 6v6. Again, I never had issues being in the fight you design around these things.
I'm sure the resources available to Kojima Productions working on a core MGS game has far more resources to work with than Housemarque. Not to mention Housemarque and their games having an extreme level of physics objects and you're looking at quite the challenge keeping the framerate up, especially with the base model. Remember just because a game is open world doesn't necessarily mean a game is "more demanding" especially when you look at things like objects, enemies e...
@Babadivad
I was absolutely arguing the opposite, that you're capable of squeezing more out of a consoles Processor than a PC one. The G4560 is clocked higher, and has a much higher IPC but in games like GTA 5, Total Wars, Civ, Squad, PUBG etc it chokes compared to similarly clocked quad core parts. People buying dual cores now with the expectation of gaming on it are just kidding themselves. Also just as an FYI, the integrated graphics processor on the die isn't re...
@Princess_Pilfer
Yes the G4560 is technically more powerful, except it chokes on processor bound titles and it's also in a PC. The CPU in both the Pro and the One X are woefully underpowered, but let's not act like a G4560 is comparable in an apples to apples comparison. I replaced a Haswell i5 because I was unhappy with the performance in Warhammer Total War, just because something will run Counter Strike and League of Legends fine doesn't mean it's a viabl...
"Boy I do love enjoying seeing you all get pissy. It's made my day a hell of lot more fun! How old are you? If you're over 18 then you need to "act" like an adult and grow up. Words are words. They aren't rocks, guns, or anything else. They are restricting people from saying WORDS MOTHERF****** WORDS. You need to get a grip.
And before you come wailing about my age I'm 19."
I'm the one who needs to act like an adul...
Not in private places, this includes software. Sorry, find a different outlet for your BS.
I'll take "Misses the point" for $400 Alex.
As others have stated Blue Holes servers are NOT a public forum. The use of racist, xenophobic, sexist or homophobic crap on a server not owned by you when they don't want that kind of behaviour is not an infringement on your free speech. I was part of a MOHAA/CoD1 clan that had a very strict set of rules about language and how you speak to others on OUR server, if you weren't willing to toe the line we simply kicked you if you come back and continue we just served you a ban. Were we ...
Damage and health is flattened for the MP, what you lose when people have exotics is the small abilities or things that the weapon does. Thorn and Gjallarhorn are two examples of weapons that DO more than the non exotics but when it comes to bullet for bullet damage versus a regular hand cannon or RL they end up even. Destiny is very much about managing the heavy weapon ammo drops, if you do that someone with a Gjallarhorn is useless. If you don't know your limits health wise vs Thorn you...
Ummm there was plenty of concentrated action in D1 with 4v4, but you know keep beating that drum like it means anything. The maps are fairly concentrated, the mobility and the weapons also mean you're never far from the objective or your teammates.
This community man oh man.
It doesn't void the warranty you simpleton.
It's about having your software come forward with you, why should software have an expiry date at the end of a console "generation"? I recently started playing Deus Ex 1 it's been awhile and with the full release of GMDX there is no better time, I didn't need to go dig my computer out from 1999 to do that. There is nothing to disparage about backwards compatibility on the Xbox One, the idea that Xbox software will continue in perpetuity and remain availble for purchase i...
