You do realize XBL on the original Xbox was far more robust than anything offered on the PS2 right? Of course PS2's online service was free, how could they possibly charge for something when they weren't offering anything!? I don't like paying to play online multiplayer especially as I had already been doing it for years on the PC, but let's not disparage how much more robust XBL was compared to PS2's online service. I loved SOCOM and FFXI on the PS2 but man, that was a ha...
I had zero issue with purchasing Infinite Warfare, I thought the Singleplayer was one of the stronger campaigns in a CoD for awhile. But I looooooved CoD4, so the Legacy Edition was a no brainer. After the campaign I had no desire to play any more IW so it just took up space on the hard drive. So if you wanted CoD4 for some MP you had no choice but to leave IW installed or stop it from installing/updating repeatedly. A system level option to ask if you'd like to install the game probably...
Like how it should have been from the start?
Who enjoyed popping the disk in only to have Infinite Warfare start installing itself? Who thought that was a good idea!?

Touch sensitive no?
When asked if the company would consider producing accessories for PlayStation 4, Tan said Razer will "definitely be looking at PS4 but no promises there," and that the company has "high hopes" for the system, given what it saw at E3.
With the Gamecube they actually had hardware comparable to the Xbox and faster than the PS2. They offered all the same games from third parties and the console barely outsold the original Xbox. All of these guys just repeat the same power statement without realizing what you pointed out is exactly why they shouldn't chase the power crown again. If Nintendo offered a console as powerful as lets say even the XB1, what would be the reason to purchase it over an actual XB1 or PS4? What are yo...
Ps4 wasn't easy to find in 2013, I bought an XB1 on Boxing Day (I'm Canadian) because I couldn't find a PS4. I got one in January 2014, but that still took a bit of paying attention to stock indicators. The PS4 was absolutely stock limited for the first 2-3 months.
Tech tribalism at its finest.
So does Nate know Krav Maga, any form of martial art? How long had he been out of the "game" by the start of UC4, I can't imagine he got much practice with fighting, no? You know there are a lot of variables when you talk about the Nadine fights. The idea that Nate can't be beat up in story cutscene is just sad, you also can't say "I didn't mention women" but then in your last comment mention Neil Druckmann which I know you guys loooooove to bitch about. ...
I just watched Giantbomb play with PS4 and PC users in the same game. It's already there, the misinformation is getting a bit much.
One article, you're being a dunce for a single article. Grow up.
"It should also be noted that some players have said that the game has been running fine for them, so it doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue currently."
The clickbaitiest of clickbait titles. Did you guys try Overcooked yourself? I would assume if you're a legitimate website one of your writers owns a Switch? What were your own results? Did you notice anything on several devices? Otherwise you're just taking some tweets and running with it, you guys shou...
On the brightside compared to The Sims 3 you don't have the over world to worry about losing.
I wouldn't be surprised if The Sims 4 has SOME of the expansions, I wouldn't count on all of them. Just take a wait and see approach man, maybe you'll find the content in the base console game is more than enough for you to deal with. or maybe you won't. But you'll definitely have answers to all of your questions before the game release, I can guarantee tha...
And that will matter very little in the long run, unless you bought a Switch thinking Battlefront 2 was going to be on it I'm curious what the point of downplaying the Switch is? THe flaw of also comparing the Switch or phone/tablet hardware to a console is power. The Tegra X1 has a TDP of 15w, the launch PS4 was 250w, the Pro is 310w. They both have very different problems to face when it comes to energy used and heat generated, expecting them to fall within the same strata when it comes...
lol edmix thinking you couldn't differentiate between the PS2 and the PSP. WOOOOOO that's a knee slapper to be sure. I'm also a little disturbed when people describe themselves as "In business" yet their writing skills are closer to a teenagers. OH WELL.
-Mainline Pokemon is coming to Switch
-Current 3DS releases are largely localizations or remakes (Mario and Luigi)
-SMT is coming to switch
-The next Bravely game is coming ...
If it was another game like Ascension no one would have cared. They've made a game that's unmistakably God of War, but also unmistakably a new game. They've ticked all the boxes that should make a sequel a sequel, anyone downplaying it because TLOU did Ellie/Joel first are deranged.
What are you locking? How is it presented to the users? How easy is it to access? Will anyone use it?
If you're Average parent, who buys a Switch for their kid and just hands it to them without looking at those features and then you find your kid playing with Harold the 50 year old from the next state over. It doesn't matter that parental controls existed, all the news see is "Kid talking to 50 year old dude playing Splatoon 2". You also need to consider ...
Considering it's aping Legends, that's a good thing.
It's to bad the Mighty No.9 guy shows up in Azure Striker Burst, he brings down the whole package.
What lag? The servers chunk up sometimes, but not that often I rarely have issues and my internet isn't great. Hit detection I also don't really run into issues, the range shots suffer from bullet drop if you haven't noticed.
All of the other things you've described take time, you can't snap your fingers and have all of that stuff finished and integrated into the game. You also maybe need to consider what Bluehole originally set out to make may not have...
@Aenea
Let's compare utilities, food and housing to video games. Like that's a even slightly comparable thing.
