"because everyone is playing on a level playing field and its about the games."
You sound like someone who makes excuses for poor play. It's a console game with zero professional eSports credibility. No one cares about a 30 frame difference except try hards and people making excuses. No one cares about Destiny as an esport or competitively, the idea that random pick up pub games are enough to gimp a largely cooperative experience. It's laughable.

Advantages exist everywhere, internet speed, proximity to servers, control method, display size/resolution. They're all advantages. Look at it this way, if I'm playing at 60fps vs your 30fps but I have a 150 ping vs your 50 ping who has the advantage? We still have games that use a peer to peer method giving the host massive advantages.
A framerate difference is not going to wildly change the outcomes of games. Resolution and detail settings will not change the outc...
It's a place I go to get my games, I don't really care if someone only got 25% for my Dota 2 courier. The artists knew the rates, that's not my problem.
Marketing and labor? Are we going to blame and lambast Valve for things users do? Without permission or clearance from Steam/Valve? Okay...
Steam is fine, Origin is fine, Uplay is fine, GoG is fine. But if available I only purchase from one, when you've been using something since CS 1.6 i...
That's not how Valve works, for all we know they've built and thrown out Half Life 3 5 times by now. They won't just rush it out, but it doesn't mean s dots not coming.
Lol at the disagrees go look at the last time Scalebound was shown off at E3 (the Coop demo). Scalebound looked boring, it looked awful and that main character...my god.
Couldn't quite understand what the hype was about.
I had the game in my possession for less than 16 hours. 4-5hours is a perfectly possible time for The Order.
Heavenly Swords gameplay was way more fun than anything in The Order. Btw nothing about that story was well handled, how did you not see the twist a zillion miles away? Was the Sir Lucan thing really a surprise? Was the pasty British Lord really a surprise?
I'm the one DW apologist that I personally know, everyone else I interact with it has no interest or desire to play a DW game. Why would they? From a layman's perspective the differences between DW7 and DW8 is negligible to non existent. Even with the jump to PS3 and PS4 the games didn't improve a whole lot overall.
The draw distance wouldn't be acceptable anywhere, the lack of detail on characters, environments and enemies wouldn't be acceptable anywher...
Clockwork Knight and Vectorman? Bug? I agree with your list in spirit, but those three aren't redeemable. It's like people asking for a new Sonic Adventure in here, what are you thinking!?
Why? What does it do that is in any way shape or form special? What does it do well? Don't say the visuals, that game is scripted to hell and back and the environments are extremely small.
What chemistry? When she has a temper tantrum and immediately assumes he has switched allegiances? Does some mild flirtatious banter really pass as chemistry? At 19.99 yeah The Order is a much easier pill to swallow at full price 79.99+tax? That game was insulting in how thin it was.
If you want to say that you enjoyed the game, that's fine. But don't sit there and say every person who has a poor opinion of The Order is out to get it due to the platform it's o...
The idea that The Order even comes close to actual PS classics is laughable. It's a serviceable game, with major flaws (the werewolf dance off boss fights were the best) does it sit anywhere close to GoW2 or TLOU? Not even at the kids table.
The online functions fleshed out the game considerably and as someone has pointed out, the offline function has been available for a long while.
It's your choice to not support it, I can respect that decision. But when things have been rolled out to fix one your issues, it's safe to say you can let it go.
