+1 bub.
I laughed thinking about KMCROC54 in the ER hospital getting frustrated about not being able to play a new game and not having any patients around either.
@Rynx,
it's not offensive because it's true.

I can run PS2 games on my PC just fine. I'm sure the community would be willing to help with fixing the emulation just like the community did with the PS2 emulators on PC.
Everyone wins.
It's also exciting because they mention they want to support more indie devs...so we'll be seeing a lot of good looking, creative indie titles running on the UE4.
I can't wait for that stuff, too.
Couldn't you say the same thing about oil and money?
It all boils down to human nature and most humans are violent and problematic.
Religion is a reason to go to war, human nature is the cause of that war.
WTF do you get disagrees for? You're spot on.
The only thing is, early reviews = breaking embargo. The only way to maintain positive relations while breaking embargo is to do what you mentioned: give it a perfect or near perfect score.
All the reviews for Syndicate say that the game isn't bad but it's really short, trite, predictable and repetitive yet the game scores 9.5s and 9s from most places...WTF? How do you justify a 4-6 hour single player ...
I agree.
All those website owners pretending to be average commentors need to spread the word via blogs, etc.
As you mentioned, this needs to go out further than just N4G.
I wanted to know how Mass Effect 3 ended (and played) but I think the principle of the matter is more important: No more day-one DLC stripped from the main game.
No more price gouging for rehashed content (I'm looking at you Activision)
@theWB27
Your comment couldn't be more misinformed.
The cost of game development IS DECREASING. There is actually microtransaction middleware available for animations and characters catered to a "pay as you develop" scheme by Mixamo.
Unity and UDK offer services that enable gamers to build Unreal and Gears of War quality games for under $100,000.
Government grants and subsidiary programs are available from a ...
Same here, the gameplay footage that I seen was neither as fun as the original True Crime: Streets of LA nor as innovative as GTA IV.
The motorcycle and vehicle combat looks snazzy, though.
I just hope they fix up the shooting and fighting mechanics...especially the figthing.
Cool news.
I was interested in this game as well because of the Hong Kong setting. We don't usually get open-world games outside of the United States or Britain. I'm glad Square decided to stick to it.
Now let's just hope UFG doesn't screw up with shoddy gameplay mechanics and poor controls.
Completely agree with you.
I like DSO Gaming for keeping PC gamers up to date on these kind of projects. You don't hear about this kind of stuff from many of the larger gaming sites.
Also, Project CARS and Assetto Corsa are two of the best looking games I've ever seen, ever.
I love this post.
I hate it that uninformed gamers get more angry at other gamers for "complaining" and "whining" instead of coming together and boycott services that disrupt and hinder consumers from getting the most for their money.
It sickens me that the informed consumers kind of have to stand by and watch as the industry gets overrun with numbskulls who will drop $80 day one for a game and its multiple forms of DLC that are already ...
You do know EA's digital service has been in operation since 2005? They just changed names...it started off as EA Link or the EA Store or something like that.
Origin is just the latest update of the same service they've been peddling for years.
WWE 12,
APB: Reloaded
and Borderlands GOTY Edition.
I don't know why you got disagrees but it really would need that if it plans to dethrone the PS3/Xbox 360 from the core market.
I doubt frenetic CoD players would jump ship to the Wii U for Hello Pony, Goodbye Lassie and Wake Up Kitty EX.
Thank you DSO Gaming for always keeping up-to-date stuff pouring out for games that make you say what OsamaOnCrack just said.
Well done.
And this game looks like it would make your eyes melt.
He was white, he wasn't even a real Kyo. >_>
This is old news. They announced the PC version when they announced the release dates for the game. Even though they mentioned before that there wasn't gonna be a PC version because of "all teh pirates".
I guess realizing that multiplatform games sell more via Steam and digital distribution on PC got the higher-ups heads turning.
Is Ubisoft even still complaining about "all teh pirates" or has digital distribution sales shut them up a...
@Megaton
Half the game was shooting sequences and the other half was dialogue. The shooting was all relatively easy and I blasted through it (lots of headshots with the sniper rifle).
I did ALL the sidequests and even messed around farming resources from the planets. I even farmed enough resources *spoilers ahead* to get Shepard's face surgically repaired with a new medical bay.
It's not impossible to beat the games if you just play ...
A black eye on the reputation of developers.
Letting a publisher know that it's okay to have more and more day-one DLC will eventually turn $60 retail games into cash grabs like free-to-play titles, where you're paying $10 to open up new areas and places already on the game disc or $15 to unlock extra enemies, side-quests and missions that were already stored on the game when it shipped.
EA tried it before and failed but it seems they've succeede...
