I'm going to get my Muppet action on sometime this fall. It's been so long since I've played a game with Kermit. Actually, now that I think about it, I've never played a Muppets game. This should be interesting.
Mine was fine for months, and then I went on a week long gaming marathon and after just a couple of days, the rubber on the left analog stick started to tear right off. I had a second controller that was two weeks old, and it started to show signs within a couple of days of playing.
I've sent one in for replacement and I've put caps on the other one to try and preserve it before it gets worse.
I'm really tempted to put in some metal ones that I found online.
Blankets, my friend. Lots and lots of blankets. That's how we solved the problem in our house and the PS TV is on pre-order.
Now, if the Air Conditioning goes... then I'm just screwed. But fortunately the PSTV is coming out just as the weather gets cooler.
BTW, I can't wait for this thing to come out. I'm more excited about this than my PS4.
At this point, who needs it? Have you seen Rime? Same thing, except without the strange bird/monster. And chances are Rime will actually come out.
I was sure that this was going to be one of the things mentioned, though probably in a montage or something. Maybe they could have done a Disney thing, reminding people about Infinity 2.0 and then throwing this in with that. I guess it was too much to hope for.
I saw this game in Shahid's string of games coming to the Vita, but I had never heard of it before.
Part of me hates that the Vita gets no recognition and part of me loves that I feel like I'm in an exclusive club that nobody else knows about.
The lineup of games coming to the platform looks fantastic, and I already have enough games for it to keep me busy for a lifetime.
You're funny in thinking this game is actually coming out here. It's going to be like Invizimals, often promised but never delivered.
I want, I want, I want, I want.
What a fantastic looking game. I can't wait to get my hands on this one.
I'm so disappointed. I totally had this pegged as a Dualshockers article. Aren't they always the ones posting articles from insider tweets?
If you look at the best sellers for the PSN store in NA, this game was consistently at the top. People love their Dragon Ball.
I will be soon, but I had to delete a few games first in order to make room for the patch.
And it's not even a contest. The England national team is by far the bigger under achiever. So much talent with such disappointing results year after year.
And the best part is that it's compatible with PlayStation TV. I can't wait.
I use to not be a big fan of having all the news read to me, but after a few weeks where I couldn't keep up with all the happenings on the Vita, I found it quite useful.
Plus it's always fun to listen to Tyler try and pronounce Japanese names.
I actually don't think that all the games being on one card is a great thing. You're talking about compressing three very large games down onto one card and that means you're going to have a lot of compression and quality loss.
What would be ideal is to have two cards in the case.
Shouldn't this article actually be titled "Consoles not as popular in Japan as they once were" ? Saying PS4 summer sales weakness, you're led to believe that it's total sales of the PS4 when he's just talking about Japan, which has seemed to have moved on from consoles for the most part. Handhelds and smartphones are the name of the game there now.
I totally get how this game isn't for everyone, but for me, I love it. Maybe it's because I remember popping in a floppy disc into my computer years ago and being amazed at the graphics this game produced. Recently I played it on Android, but I can't wait to try it on the Vita.
Great review, though I do think it should have scored higher. I mean, the game is being re-released over 20 years later. How is that NOT lasting appeal??? Should easily be a 5/5 for lasting appeal. ...
What's to sugar coat? Eventually, it comes to every platform anyway. I think he has a point when he points out it just separates the competition. I'm betting Sony is relieved it's coming out on PS4 against Uncharted 4.
You seem to have a real passion for this game, so how is waiting a few months all that bad? If anything, when it comes out to other systems it will gain momentum again. It gets a second wind to gain steam again otherwise it just gets lost in the pre...
