No, they helped with the development and thanks to that the IP or at least a part of it belongs to SCE.
They just allowed the game to be published by Atlus and Namco bandai in their respectable territories. (since the game is Ps3 exclusive they don't really have much to lose)
The "sequel" is called Dark souls for a reason.
All is not lost however as Sony is known to develop games for PC and who knows maybe this goes down the sa...
Keyword here is visual novel or Eroge. There are plenty of "Games" like these whit far better plot, visuals and some even have unique game elements.
Many label these as hentai games which is partly right as many of these contain adult or suggestive content. But they are actually more like you said anime themed moving storybooks where some occasionally reward the reader/player with fan service. The amount of adult content is often rather small tough, and some even ge...
If the game makes it way to PC, I really recommend investing in to a good gamepad. This game is not really M+K friendly.
That would require approval from Sony. They own the IP.
Seems the writer of the article is yet to played Star ocean4. It has probably the hardest platinum trophy known to man (aside from the few games that require you to be at the top of some online ranking).
Seriously, getting all the battle trophies in that game requires all three, skill, luck and loads of time (and grind).
Focus on core gamers <- remind me why is this a downside again?
with all this financial crisis shit going on in Europe its also becoming somewhat more expensive to import stuff too. This might also have impact to the sales of boxed games especially on consoles.
There are only few online trophies that actually work, and those are mainly the ones that try to encourage player to try out different online modes or features in the game.
Other than that they are just luck based, grind or completely impossible for everyone else except few individuals that dedicate their life for that particular game (E.g get to the top of the worldwide rankings).
Some even encourage the trophy hunters to ruin the gaming for everyone else by...
The game would without doubt look good, however the controls would pretty much require a gamepad.
with keyboard and mouse the experience would be similar to titles like Devil may cry where there's very little use for mouse. On consoles the game uses pretty much every possible button that you can find on a controller and requires you to use them fluidly (a slight delay may very well kill you in the game)
This still about the slowdown issue? Managed to finish my platinum run pretty much without any problems after the first patch.
While the game still has technical issues at least its more stable and doesn't freeze as often as Oblivion, Fallout3 and Fallout Vegas did. Its a lot less hasle to restart the game than restart the Ps3.
Well no matter how you look it, the system would look more appealing with standard 2GB or even 1GB memory card in the box. 3DS comes with one and so do many phones (E.g my Galaxy mini)
Not a real deal breaker tough and they still have time to announce some special offers for NA and EU.
Console versions of this game are a bit behind of the PC version when you look at the patches and content. So I doubt there will be any cross platform play before they fix that.
But most importantly the console versions need the balance patch that fixes the balance of the classes.
It's actually LittleBigPlanet who is to blame for the lack of credit. LBP was introduced a year earlier in E3 with loads of attention going in to the "Play, create and share" idea. After modnation tried to do the same but year later, it just gave the impression of "LBP with karts?"
Actually first AR game for Consoles was probably the Eye of Judgment that was introduced along with PS Eye for Ps3. That is if you don't consider Playstation eye on Ps2 as one.
As for picking objects to the game from reality was one of the key features for Kinect but the idea itself has probably been around a lot longer.
It's unlikely but it would be pretty fun to see how fans would react to this game getting triple A ratings cross the board.
Game itself looks fine, its just the Dante emo-edition that feels very weird no matter how you look it. But death threats? seriously?
Bought the older gothic games from steam sale and was impressed pretty impressed with them. Its a shame that the newest installment seems to disapoint many.
After installing the patch the game has worked really well for me. The game no longer becomes a diashow after playing for few minutes (if even that)
Also within 100 hours of play the game has not crashed more than 3-4 times for me (1 - enchanting name bug and about 3 times while entering new area)
Also the fact that it doesn't fix the broken quests doesn't make the patch any worse. They just decided to fix the more meaningful bugs first (like game bec...
I would guess its some sort of memory leak as the games performance gradually slows down to a what some call "slideshow". This can take anything from few minutes to hours depending how long have you been playing the game (or at least how much you have done in the game).
The recent patch improved the performance for many tough including me. So Bethesda probably managed to fix the leak partially at least.
12mb save file here and the game runs nicely, ...
Breton here too, the 25% magic defense is really something and skills are nicely balanced making it excellent choice.
why can't we just have English subtitles and original audio in games? I am sure most native English speakers can read just fine.
I have been reading subtitles from the age of 7 so its pretty hard for me to grasp whats wrong with them?
And god no, I don't want any games other than ones made for children to be dubbed on my mother tongue. Even the tough of this brings shivers down my spine.
