I like Gal Gadot.
Sony wants PlayStation 5 to be a success. One of the best things it can do to ensure this is to encourage its 110 million+ PS4 userbase to migrate. This doesn’t happen immediately. But by supporting them with games and keeping them in the PlayStation ecosystem when it’s time for them to buy a new-gen console they will be inclined to choose the console they have a history with.
If you look back at Sony’s history with making consoles it NEVER has killed production on a console...
That's great value but it's currently only available for PC.
But there's still a month to go!
I want to see Ron Gilbert's third Monkey Island game.
I can't overstate how much I used to love these games, the characters, the music and the adventure of them all.
Tom Warren the Xbox editor writes for Microsoft saying "bigger and more obvious performance gains will appear on Xbox over time, thanks to full RDNA2 support and its maturing developer tools." Warren expresses his frustration that third-party games haven't delivered superior performances and he asks Microsoft to utilise its new first party studios to make games that take advantage of the Series X's power.
Warren's writing reveals the real hurt he feels...
Fair's fair, Phil Spencer is not saying this years after he's left the industry he is saying this at the time of the DualSense's launch! His competitor has innovated and he is going on record and applauding it, and considering the near universal praise from critics and public alike it would be wrong to downplay it. It demonstrates that Sony's mindset to push for the industry forward worked out here.
I think this is also an implicit sign that the next iterati...
Referring to my first comment I just want to say I know how to spell DualSense and it's not DuelSense! But I was using my iPad and somehow some autocorrect thing happened and here we are!
Rockstar or Take Two hasn't denied this is a real product, rather the Kotaku article focuses on why the game is probably a fake because the cover looks like a lazily made Photoshop fake. However it does remind me of the story of when Capcom released Okami on the Wii, the box art revealed the graphic designer had used art assets taken from IGN's website because it had the IGN logo. So the moral of the story is that a lazily made cover doesn't prove anything!
Honestly, now that I’ve got it I really like the DuelSense two-tone colours.
I tell you, I've absolutely loved my time with Astro's Playroom. Fun, great music and an all-round feel good game. It's been a real joy.
Maybe Sony KNEW when they were launching the PS4?!
@ArchangelMike
Apparently there will be more stock made available tomorrow at GAME and John Lewis. Also from Amazon at 12pm. So if you haven't already, make an account with each, enter your payment details and be alert tomorrow. You've got two good chances. Good luck!
@nickanasty206 That's great to hear you and your wife are having fun with it. I know the online multiplayer mode is coming before Christmas but I didn't know it has couch co-op at all so that's a great way to make it a social or family game. The graphics are sumptuous, I can't wait to play this.
The writer really loved Fable but isn't sure if he wants another one in case it doesn't turn out good. I get it, but don't stress and let Playground Games get on with it. Better to find out if a new version is good then to have no new version and cling on to a memory.
Whilst Fable III certainly had it's issues, and I don't think the property management aspect was the right fit for the RPG series (by the end of my game I owned everything that you could b...
BoneMagnus, if the games are released on other platforms I think that's definitely something Microsoft/Bethesda will be considering so that they emphasise the value proposition of the Xbox Game Pass edition.
Cheers Rainbowcookie, it's good to get feedback.
SmokinAces thank you for your comment, it's appreciated. I tried to consider everything.
Sorry, but I have to say it. It’s a poor man’s copy of this iconic PlayStation trailer.

Ainsley, this is the first time I heard of Seasoned Gaming but I enjoyed reading your views on the industry. Yes some of the bigger websites like one you mentioned used clickbait headlines or deliberately write hate-bait to cause clickable divisions. It works but in the long run it erodes their readers trust, that’s why many big sites are losing readers. Also snobby articles that disparage gaming communities from supposed video game journalists have led to some high profile closures.
