If you picked them up via GamePass and never actually paid money for the core game license, then of course you can't see it in your MS or Xbox account anymore. What did you expect? I bought FH3, 4, and 5 on PC. The first two of those were removed from distribution but not from my Xbox account on PC because I paid to keep them. Obviously, in the ToS MS and Xbox can revoke access to these games and licenses, but this is part of the ToS for basically every publisher in...
PS Portal has already sold around 2 million units after launching Novemer 15th 2023. In 16 months PS Portal has sold around half of what is estimated for Steam Deck and our source for PS Portal unit sales is Sony.
I don't really trust The Verge either, but I'm guessing no one here wants to front the cash to pay IDC to give them the best estimates for Steam Deck numbers either.

Walmart.com
Wrong! You can buy the Steam Deck new through Walmart.com even if its only available online to ship to your home. Walmart is a retailer.

I can stream games from my PC to my phone. If I owned a Backbone controller I could play many of my favorite PC games of the past 10 years on my much lighter phone the same way I can play PS5 games with the PS Portal (or with the same phone and controller in PS5's case).
@Pete
Reduced FoV, lower resolution displays, no headset jack, worse looking games. The only pros of the Quest 3S are the price, absolute number of games available and being wireless.
These tarrifs do not appear to apply to software.
What in the world are you talking about?
PS3 since it's launch in 2006 outsold Xbox 360 nearly every single month, globally. If PS wanted to beat *Nintendo *they would have made PS4 weak so they could make loads of games with smaller teams and budgets. That was never PS' plan. They have always been pushing the medium forward, especially regarding technology. PS4 is a testament to power and ease of use for gamers and developers. PS5 is no different, but developers are trying t...
Making GAAS games isn't a mistake. I hate to say this because I'm not a fan of games that can radically change at a moments notice and that never seem to end and are generally filled with nonsense missions and stuff like that... but the successful titles like Fortnite have made over a BILLION dollars in a single month!
[proportionally dramatic pause]
It would be insane no to look into making a game that could make that kind of revenue for PlayStation. Nint...
PSP had very little 1st party support in the first few years we had a few launch titles, most of which were really basic with WipEout Pure being the only game that captured my interest on launch day. That being said I didn't even have a PSP on day 1. Just because GTA was there early doesn't mean PlayStation was giving PSP it's all especially since the focus is 1st party games. Most of PSP's best games in my opinion were 3rd party. The big hitters from 1st party were WipEout Pu...
Anyone want to inform me what is better on other platforms regarding 1st party games this gen so far? I'm asking due to StormSnooper's disagree count.
The quote: "I just want to show respect to the people who voice their concerns to me. I get it; I would never disrespect anybody who comes with me concerned. I’ve got a library of games on the Xbox console. I want to make sure I’ll continue to be able to play those games. Are we gonna still do hardware? Are we gonna still get to play the games the way we’ve always played? Am I gonna have to rent all my games? Can I still buy games? I get it like I get the questions. I think we’ve shown r...
Can't wait to see how pared back current gen games are on NS2.
What he likely meant is that Xbox has no Xbox anymore.
People can use different IP addresses and today most users are allowing their systems to change MAC addresses every time they connect. It could be possible that random people are randomly banned if webmasters kept using IP or MAC banning filters.
No one is buying Xbox games on Xbox or PC either due to Game Pass. If Game Pass also comes to PS Xbox will have successfully killed their game publishing division.
@Christopher
So, Xbox 1st party re-releases count as new games on PS despite them already being on PS in the past... but PS 1st party re-releases on PS don't count?
@Darthv72
PS gamers aren't liking most of the games coming over from Xbox. Only a fee made the jump so far but there's really only been one successful launch with Sea of Thieves which is a name I couldn't even bothee to remember and had to look up, but even that games fame on PS was short-lived and likely hyped to the nines by gaming journos.
I feel similarly. The game is fun, but I don't see myself buying it again on PS5 if it's not on a disc.
