I don't think you can just dismiss power or the lack thereof and push everything into gameplay as having more power often opens up the ability to provide more innovative, immersive gameplay. Personally I'm getting sick of them. I bought TLOU (again) and tomb raider (again) but it was more because of a lack new options. Sure it's nice to get some bumped up textures and res or whatever but at the end of the day, I didn't buy gen 8 consoles to replay gen 7 games and would much rather play new games with engines built to harness the capabilities of the new consoles

Fh2 is still a gorgeous game. To be honest I don't think dc really looks much better and I have both games. Some stuff in dc looks amazing but sometimes it's inconsistent. I think the rain looks a little better in dc but fh2 still looks amazing to me and its exponentially more engaging as a game
