The only problem I had was the leader boards weren't working. I had no problems joining games or anything else. Odd.
driveclub did get the sounds very right, will certainly give it that.
gt7 will do everything driveclub should have done and more - 6 already does that now. i just hope they fix the engines so they don't sound like hair dryers.
i had leaderboard issues and the bit that shows games friends are playing but i was still able to play multiplayer etc

agreed. i have both. i tend to play the xb1 more these days but that doesn't mean i don't love the ps4. if you have the means to pick one up, it might be worthwhile soon. its a very nice system indeed. the playstation brand definitely set the bar more than a few times.
Haha. I had a nice one where all the walls in michaels house turned transparent as if it was clipping really bad. You could see textures and culling of environment geo since you could see right through the walls. Recorded a game clip of it... can't embed images for some reason but heres a link to a still.

Ah I remember my first playstation. Ridge racer, battle arena toshinden and who could forget the first wipeout. The first game I remember to have an actual killer soundtrack. How far we've come. I'll give the ps4 a cupcake today ;)

tlou was a ps3 exclusive. Driveclub was well... Let's leave that alone. A big chunk of the rest are small Indie games. Those are cool but not why I bought a ps4 considering I could get a very similar experience on the ps3. Kind of a sparse landscape for ps4 exclusives in 2014. 2015 will be great but I dunno. People will hate me for saying this but my xb1 is getting more attention as of now. All I can say is try to appreciate before you hate. Fwiw I still buy more multiplats on ps4, somet...
meh no. half baked. no 1080p. very limited software. doesn't even play all vita games. lets you download apps that it can't even use. no places to get content other than sony.
agreed. be happy with what you got. if it sells more than the other it doesn't make it better and of you are already enjoying what you have, you shouldn't really care what the other guys are doing. thanks for the invite btw. just got the app installed.
amazon is not a good metric for total sales considering the vast amount of skus and the fact that those charts are regional based on a cdn. you are missing all the sales from best buy, game stop, babbages,euronics, dixon, saturn, alibaba (who is exponentially larger than amazon by sheer volume) not to mention other online retailers and the list goes on and on.

amazon is simply a fraction of total sales and should never be used as a metric. top seller lists on amazon tell you whats selling in your particular region of amazon sales... thats not a huge number in the grand scheme of total sales. i mean - if that were the case, we wouldn't need marketing services like npd - data companies spend HUGE money on. they could just go to amazon. come on man. :)
