I'm sure there are a lot of AI improvements, but I was already getting burnt out on AC and the French Revolution personally is not the most interesting place and time for me. They might get me in if they ever have an AC game in Feudal Japan or something, but for now I hope those who do buy the game enjoy it.
Last winter.

There was a couple articles like a year ago where Iwata said they were working towards unified accounts. Why is everyone just forgetting about this?
You know they already announced they are doing that right?
They are not dumb. They are a company worth billions. You think they would assume a sequel to a game that barely moved 2 million on 2 consoles with huge install bases would sell consoles? If a bunch of idiots on a message board figured that out of course a company that takes weeks to analyze an option before purchase would. I'm not saying they did it out of the goodness of their hearts, but having an image of a company that does is not a bad thing. Use your head.
I see most of you are just commenting about how this game will not sell well, as if you came up with that revelation by yourself and Nintendo didn't discover this way back when they considered funding it in the first place. They know this won't be a commercial success, as do the devs at Platinum. Did anyone think that maybe Nintendo thought it would be a good idea to revive a franchise to show that they are willing to support IP's even if they aren't big sellers, and that mayb...
You act like Nintendo doesn't know that though. I can see a million reasons for Nintendo as a business to pick up the funding for this game even if it doesn't sell well. One of the best ones being that Nintendo has set a precedent that they are willing to dive in on games that are respectable, but are not the next call of duty commercially. While the possible alternative strategies of this move are clearly lost on most gamers (who all they can put together in their heads is high sales...
I think the PS4 will probably sell the most given its current momentum. I own all 3 and PS4 will definitely have the least amount of playing time this holiday though. That is IMO only. Smash and MCC are the types of games that I will continue to play all the way to the end of this generation.
lol they already said no more mature games so is there a need for this person to say anything? I mean wasn't planning on playing this for my PS4 or X1 either, but still. So much coming out in November yet all these weird comments coming from Ubi.
Why do people who own all 3 have to be kidding themselves? You don't determine what is a wise use of money or not.
I own all consoles and play with people online and I gotta say arguing about age demographics for the most part has no place in console gaming because I see all types on all consoles.
Doesn't sound like logic runs in the family. There are places where you and your son can get group therapy to take care of that maturity complex. There is still time...
Well you neglect the fact that there are plenty of M rated games purchased by young players. Though even if that weren't true your logic still wouldn't be sound.
There was really no need for this article. I hate when gamers try to use the quantity of games to try to prove why X console is best. I'm going to put more time into Smash and MCC than probably all other games this gen, and I'm willing to bet other gamers will have different games they put a lot of time into as well. The actual number of games doesn't mean squat if you don't enjoy them. There will be exclusives for all 3 that I like (which is why I bought them all) so no need ...
Of course I would prefer it this year, but I want the game to be 100% ready when it is released so if it needed it I would be okay. Side note, I haven't seen any articles on n4g talking about Smash killing the first weekend in Japan with a million sold. Did I just miss it? Kinda weird since every other site has it.
I second that Sake motion. Love it!
Wow pokemon ORAS comes out that day too. Just marked of a couple days of work for this haha.
The author is talking about how Nintendo is trying to resolve the problem you bring up. Bringing out a new console isn't the only way to stop their losses. It helps that the wii u is profitable now and software sales are up from last year so though the wii u will never be a sales leader it is not far off to assume they can end up with a profit from it.
getting both no doubt
Top 5 before smash wiiu: Shovel Knight, Bayonetta 2, Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, South Park Stick of Truth, Child of Light. (Mariokart 8 gets honorable mention). Once you add Smash wii u just move everything down one.
