And nobody cares.
I wouldn’t say there’s zero chance of Pokémon improving, but it’s a good thing so many indie efforts are coming out of the woodwork lately. Of course even at a fraction of their Pokédex, Pokémon still has the edge on most of those titles in terms of quantity of creatures, but at least seeds are being planted, and actual thought is going into them.
Wow. Even Forbes can see this turd for what it is.
The PS4 has been an awesome system but even great things can be even better. A survey is a great idea.
Agreed. Comparing the Stadia to a trashcan would be much more fair and correct. The Stadia probably still loses that fight though as I can't dump my trash in it while a trashcan sure as heck can fit a Stadia in it along with all my trash. Relax, I recycle my electronics (or just keep them around) and just don't buy those I don't want, but my point still stands.
Publishers only have themselves to blame for supporting this PoS.
Lulz. This thing is shaping up to be such a spectacular failure it’s hilarious.
I think what the author is trying to say is that maybe "fun" isn't quite the right adjective for certain types of games like Death Stranding, but the headline is a bit clumsily phrased. Terms like relaxing, deep, depressing, heart-warming, rewarding, etc. could apply to a game too and may be better terms for a particular type of experience, though I agree that there should be some kind of enjoyment in it regardless of what the correct term is.
Ok, I don't think this is a bad list at all. REmake2 isn't a bad choice for GotY. I'm sad that games like The House in Fata Morgana and AI: The Somnium Files flew under the radar for Gamesradar, but at least the game they picked is a pretty great one.
It’s a hard pass for me too but I’m not sorry.
Don’t do meth, and sure as heck don’t write anything after you do or you might produce something like this.
Yeah, that about sums it up. Was this author expecting an ounce of effort given what is already apparent about these games?
Well, that just reduces my interest in these games even further.
All the more reason why they should...I don’t know...assess it for quality?
The same thing that happened to other formerly great series: corporate greed.
I’m shocked. /s
I think a new Sony handheld can be reasonably successful but only if the right choices are made with it, and only if Sony is committed to it.
I think fans who truly appreciate the ins and outs of the Pokémon games want it to evolve in a meaningful way while respecting the foundation that is the classic formula that has worked since the start. Gamefreak has made changes, but not the right ones. They’ve broken what didn’t need to be fixed, and failed to build on what could have been built on. The new games fail on both fronts.
I doubt the world is really thinking that much about Google's Stadia. So yes, it will flop.
I can’t imagine why anyone would want this PoS.
